Transcript
When printing the 1 Column Transcript they would like the custom text that is added to the Signature Line Text in Transcript Definitions to line up with the Signature and Date.

Online Enrollment - Student Name Section
We use the customizable version of Online Enrollment to add an information box that provides guidance for entering the student's name. We would like Aeries to add a custom text option in the admin program for the Student Name page to allow placing the information box there permanently. Thanks!

Online Enrollment - Race Section
We use the customizable version of Online Enrollment to reverse the order and text of the race and Hispanic questions on the General Student Information page. We would like Aeries to consider making this change permanent. We have received much less pushback from Hispanic parents about the questions due to this simple change--race first, Hispanic origin second. Thanks!

Make SSID in Student Info Header Hyperlinked to Calpads
Make the SSID in the Student Info -> General header a hyperlink to calpads RESTful URL for that student: https://calpads.org/Student/<SSID> ie https://calpads.org/Student/9999999999
We currently have this as a local customization in Aeries, and our school admin, sped, and EL staff love it, but we will be losing access to it when we have to move to hosted next year.

Can the colors for CAASPP test scores be updated to match the colors on the CDE dashboard?
The assessments shows the following colors for the standards:
standard exceeded - blue
standard met - green
standard nearly met - yellow
standard not met - redI posted some screenshots of what the colors look like.

Enhance the SINF Extract for Accurate Middle Name Updates
When a student undergoes a first and middle name change, modify the SINF extract process to ensure the correct middle name is generated for the student's original SINF record.

Academic Plan
After clicking to "Send Parent Approval" on the Academic Plan, we wait to get an alert from parent. On the "Review Alerts" it would be nice to be able to click that we have seen/addressed the parent notification. Otherwise, we will have 500+ parent notifications and would have to scroll through them all. I've added a picture where a new tab could go to show that we have read the approvals.

Add the ability to run & PRINT immunization reports by grade level
the Department of state health services is requesting all immunization records for each student in Kindergarten (and some times 7th graders). It would be amazing to be able to run a report by grade level AND PRINT by grade level. Currently 04/2025 we can only sort by grade level and run the report for the whole campus. This is thousands of pages to sort through.

Create an All Day Code Audit report that will show days that are missing an All Day Code when there are absence codes present in all periods.

Adding LNC lunch table options by site
The LNC table cannot be limited to certain codes for certain schools at this time. You can add the new codes to the Code Table, but they will show for all schools. We would like to have the flexibility to add options by school site.

Student Data Sheet: Provide Additional Fields to Include/Remove
This screen should include the ability to remove/prevent student fields from being printed/included in the report similar to Class Rosters where we can include/exclude phone numbers, etc.
If the schools no longer need a copy of the birth certificate to be part of the cume and the sites only request it as part of the paperwork to only verify, the ability to exclude birth city/state/country (and language fluency) information would be awesome way to control what is printed on the student data sheet.

Population of Student Email on Demo 2 screen
Can the student's personal email map to the Demo 2 screen? The student's personal emails are mapping to our Demo 1 screen which is where we assign school emails for the students.

Populating the Parent's Primary Number on the Demo Screen
It would be so helpful if the Primary phone number for the parent would populate as the primary phone number on the demo screen. It is currently using the student's phone number.

Online Enrollment matched records discrepancy highlighting broken in Dark Mode
When importing an online enrollment record that has been matched to and existing Aeries student record, the highlighting of fields with data discrepancies is not visible for most fields in Dark Mode. See attached images.

GPA Summary report by Term
GPA Summary report by Term and Add-On GPA logic needs to look at the TDF Term codes for the State Term codes instead of the Header descriptions. If the full word "Summer" is not at the beginning of the TDF Term Heading description.

Report OptionsPlease add the ability to use report tags with this report. It will allow us to utilize query features to better serve these students.

Custom Reports Printing-Allow page break on each stu.id
When we create a custom report there is not a way for us to page break on each student to print a report per student. Please allow a button to page break, similar to how a Query Report can work to page break on STU.NM although, it would be better to break per STU.ID instead of STU.NM in the event students have the same name. :)
