Please add configurable options that allow districts to define the criteria used when auto-creating or mass-creating Parent Portal accounts.

In addition to the current hard-coded requirements:
- CON.EM populated with email address, and
- CON.AP is set to Y,

Please include the ability to use additional fields as criteria:
- CON.CD (Contact Type) – specifically codes P1 and P2 for parent/guardian
- CON.LW (Lives With)

These additional filters would allow districts to properly identify actual parents/guardians who should receive an automatically created Parent Portal account.

Currently, the system creates accounts for any contact listed, regardless of their relationship to the student. This may include extended family members, family friends, emergency contacts, or medical providers, individuals who should NOT have full access to student records.

Allowing districts to configure the criteria will significantly improve security, accuracy when auto-creating parent portal accounts.
