Transcript - Ability to Delete Multiple Lines
Able to delete multiple rows of a transcript. This comes in handy when a student middle school transcript is posted on the high school transcript and the registrar needs to delete each row individually one by one.

Add an option in Service Learning that allows staff members to enter hours
Add an option in Service Learning that allows staff members to enter hours instead of having to enter start and end times. In terms of efficiency when counselors for example are in charge of entering logs it would be great if they could enter numerical hours for logs instead of needing to type start and end times. It would save a lot of time and make the process smoother for them.

CalPads Log Details - PLEASE Add Button ASAP
PLEASE add "edit" button so you can check the boxes of certain lines you want deleted. "Delete All" could work also.
It is very time consuming to delete each line individually. Click Pencil, Click Trash, Click Ok button Click CLICK CLICK CLICK.
Sometimes there are over 25 entries and in order for certain errors to go away you need to delete the calpads log records.

Add an option to 'Do not show on Student Classes' to section MST.ST Exclude field
Add an option to 'Do not show on Student Classes' to section MST.ST Exclude field as well as include SSS in code Z (Do not show on either GRD or ATT or SSS). This way users can schedule students with disabilities into a generic section that doesn't show on the student's Classes. It would assist case carries and scheduling these students into sections that have IA or Co-Teacher help in the class.

Attendance By seating chart - Improve UI feedback of the click
In the attendance by seating chart functionality the click selection feed back may benefit from slight improvement. When hovering over the selection the choice highlights in a light green. When clicked it changes to only a slightly darker shade of green. This slight shade difference, in combination with the delay in clicking and choice selection indication, causes confusion to the end user. Perhaps a different color or maybe just outlined circle when hovering would contrast more prominently with the filled in or darker shaded green after click/selection. Print Data Validations
We would like a "Print" button added next to the "Keep" button on the Data Validation results page. Users rely on this list, and the ability to print would allow them to distribute it as needed to other staff or work more quickly through the items.

Discipline from photo
Discipline from Photo - We are switching over from Q SIS and there is an option for inputting Class Behavior using the Seating Chart. This is especially helpful at the beginning of the year, when we don't yet know our student's names, and for incidents that may happen in a specific area of the classroom in which everyone in that area would get a note in their record.

data confirmation ignore preschedule tag
We would like an option to ignore *-preschedule tags when it comes to Parent Data Confirmation.
Currently, the only option we have is to "hide" specific tags such as * from the Parent Portal. (Available option under Portal Options / Miscellaneous tab)
We create our prescheduled student records around Spring Break each year. Some of our currently enrolled students' parents will log into the Parent Portal under the prescheduled school and it will ask them to fill out PDC. This ends up being a waste of time on their part since we reset all PDCs during Rollover in July each…

Special Ed table - Add Plan Effective Start Date field
Add a field to the Special Education table (CSE) in Aeries to accommodate importing the Plan Effective Start Date data from 3rd party vendors for use with the Special Ed Data Import form.

Report Card History - Improved verbiage in email notification of completion or failure for SBG AND GRD
These emails should contain at least school name/number information for the users to know which school failed or completed.

Create a district wide option for supplemental attendance so that we can capture EXLP off site 3rd party attendance.
Allow us to enter students from across the district that participate in offsite expanded learning programs. Additionally, allow us to enroll students from other schools in a site's summer program. Expanded Learning programs allow sites to enroll students from outside the school as long as they are district students. We can not enroll students in the supplemental attendance if they are not enrolled in the school.

Add a code in the Master Schedule for a course under the Exclude field [MST.ST] the option to have course not display on transcripts
Need an option to be able to not include certain courses on the transcript. For example, we have a middle school course that earns high school credit, but the current option available is either all courses appear (middle school & high school) or no courses display on the transcript. Currently, as a district, we have our middle school push all their courses onto the transcript. Then we have to clean it up by having Aeries create a SQL to remove non-high school courses from the transcript.

Completed Checkbox for Grade Reporting Process Dashboard
Please add a "[x] Completed" checkbox to track progress for each group A-F in the Grade Reporting Process Dashboard so schools can mark what's been done and what's left to do. Checkboxes should reset when initializing a new grading cycle.

TX Program Screenings Date Fields
In Special Programs Program Screenings add an end date field. Currently, the system only provides a "date" field, and we require both start and end date fields to meet the business process requirements.
