  1. Grade Submission - Extend Grading windows for a single teacher

    There are many instances where a teacher needs to:
    -- Edit a report card after grading window
    -- Forgot to submit grades for their class

    We would like a feature to allow offices to grant a single teacher a custom grade submission window to:

    -- Update a single student's grade
    -- Update a period of grades
    -- Update all of their students grades

    This would eliminate the tasks of the office / District to re-open the window for all teachers / transcribe paperwork, while providing the flexibility for normal circumstances.

  2. Font Changing for Standard Based Grade Comments

    Standard Based Grade Comments - copying and pasting comments adds "Smart Quotes" or sometimes html text and changes the font. Need to strip the "Smart Quotes" when saving comments.

  4. Allow section numbers to be changed on Scheduling Master and SMS Board when scheduling for next year

    When scheduling for next year, add the ability to change section numbers on the Scheduling Master page and SMS Board to facilitate the process for renumbering and adding of sections.

  5. Add a Total for Sections to the Master Schedule report

    The Master Schedule report can be run in a variety of ways, like by course/period, or by teacher/period, etc. At each break, there is a totals line that includes total number of seats, students scheduled, class average, boys, girls, other gender, and percentages for each. It would be nice to include a total number of sections as well so you can see it at a glance instead of having to count. I've included an example here for reference. It would be nice to have Sections: 3

  6. Student Visitation report always includes inactive students

    The Student Visitation Report includes inactive students by default. A checkbox (un-checked by default) should be added to "Include Inactive Students," so that the inclusion of inactive students is optional.

  7. "Copy Students into Summer School" process should also copy the Calendar (DAY) and Terms (TRM) from the summer school.

    Calendar (DAY) and Terms (TRM) in the Summer Schools in the existing live database do not copy to the new database as part of the "Copy Students into Summer School" process.

  8. Increase the field size for Grade Reporting Citizenship and Work Habit codes

    Grade Reporting Codes & Descriptions allows users to add two characters in
    GRD CI and GRD WH but the fields will not accept two characters

    Test Scores Source field (TST.SRC) is only displaying hard coded codes. Need to open it up to the COD table values for the TST.SRC field.

  10. Have Some Form of EM2 Available for Teachers

    EM2 is currently only available for users with user accounts. If there is an actual emergency onsite with loss of power, we would really love for our teachers to have access to contact and medical information about their students. It would be wonderful if there could be a way to either allow a version of EM2 to be available to people with teacher accounts, or to allow a portion of the information in the teacher app to be available offline.

  11. Add a report in View all Reports to print Student Attendance for all students in a daily attendance school.

    Allow the Student Attendance Report to be printed for all or multiple students. Currently this can only be printed for a single student from the Student Attendance page.

  17. Gradebook Progress report should only print the teacher name from the TCH.TE field.

    The Gradebook Class Progress report prints the Teacher Name as populated in Teacher Data, and then First Name. Formatting of name on the report is confusing for them. It should be "TCH.TLN, TCH.TF" or "TCH.TE" not a hybrid of the two.

  18. Online Enrollment Admin - School Email Address Edit

    In Online Enrollment Admin when entering email addresses for the school notification, it would be nice to be able to edit that field once it has been saved rather than having to delete the record and added it again updated.

  19. Add more filter options to the Attendance Dashboard

    For the he Attendance dashboard and Discipline dashboards (the ones not found in Aeries Analytics). He would like to be able to add more filter options to these dashboards? Maybe include grade level and enrollment by student program (SP and/or AttPrg1,AttPrg2).

  20. Medications Dose History - Increase Comment Column Width

    Can the Comment field of the Medication Dose be a text box rather than one line?
    Also can the scaling of the fields be better prioritized for the Comment box to take up most of the line, so the text wrap does not make the dose line large? Leaving fields like Intitials and Amount smaller width.
