The data validations should honor the type of scheduling the school is using and validate against the appropriate tables.

Currently receiving validation error of "AERIES004 Missing Counseor/Teacher Field on a Flex Elementary (Primary Teacher) school. Correct validation to look at Primary Teacher field instead fo TCH table.
