  1. GPA Forecasting

    For our senior students that are below a 2.0 at the end of the fall semester, I have to hand calculate their GPA with their current spring semester grades to see if a student's GPA will rise to the 2.0 minimum for our graduation requirement. Is there a way to forecast their GPA with their current grades, take into account a repeat code, etc? This would save me a lot of time for graduation calculations for our students. Thank you!

    Allow teachers to edit contact records. Teachers are currently restricted from adding or editing, even if they are given permission to do so.

  3. Create stronger definition or integration between School of Choice and Online Enrollment

    Right now, external School of Choice requires the creation of a "stub" record in STU, then the parent has to go through Online Enrollment (if they can due to address issues), then get imported to the incorrect school and transferred to the correct school

    This is not a good user experience. Parents should be able to seamlessly use online enrollment and school of choice without the creation of stub records.

  4. "Print Interventions Report by Student" more print options

    "Print Interventions Report by Student" should also the Stakeholders(INS), Prior Interventions(IPI), Reasons & Concerns(IRC), Student Strengths(ISS), and Additional Resources(INR).

  5. Print work permits in mass

    Ability to print all work permits at one school site, instead of having to print one by one. Or at least a report with all active work permits per site. Department of Labor requires a report of all active work permits.

  6. Student Visitation report always includes inactive students

    The Student Visitation Report includes inactive students by default. A checkbox (un-checked by default) should be added to "Include Inactive Students," so that the inclusion of inactive students is optional.

  7. "Copy Students into Summer School" process should also copy the Calendar (DAY) and Terms (TRM) from the summer school.

    Calendar (DAY) and Terms (TRM) in the Summer Schools in the existing live database do not copy to the new database as part of the "Copy Students into Summer School" process.

  9. Test Scores Source field needs to display codes from the COD table.

    Test Scores Source field (TST.SRC) is only displaying hard coded codes. Need to open it up to the COD table values for the TST.SRC field.

  10. Need an option to sync UGN.MFA and UGN.MFK to other Database Groups

    When enabling MFA, the keys for each user are stored in the default database for the given group. To help streamline access for districts, an option is needed to propagate those keys to the other default databases within the other groups. Preferably

    Another option would be to instead allow all database groups to get their security exclusively from the Default Database Group while allowing an exception for a sandbox or training group (maybe via an XML config item or a DPT value).

  14. Gradebook Progress report should only print the teacher name from the TCH.TE field.

    The Gradebook Class Progress report prints the Teacher Name as populated in Teacher Data, and then First Name. Formatting of name on the report is confusing for them. It should be "TCH.TLN, TCH.TF" or "TCH.TE" not a hybrid of the two.

  15. Medications Dose History - Increase Comment Column Width

    Can the Comment field of the Medication Dose be a text box rather than one line?
    Also can the scaling of the fields be better prioritized for the Comment box to take up most of the line, so the text wrap does not make the dose line large? Leaving fields like Intitials and Amount smaller width.

  18. Allow dashboards to be created for Custom Tables

    Now that we're moving toward the idea of distance learning through next school year, it could be really helpful to have a Dashboard for the Wellness page which was created using a custom table (once we start using it!) that would work like the Assertive Discipline and Interventions dashboards to quickly drill down into the various categories of Wellness.

  20. Student Transfer - Clear Int-District Permit Information

    Int-District Permits are granted for a specific school. We manage the Permits centrally, so the school sites do not have access to update these fields.

    When a student is transferred, the IT, ITD, ITE, NIT, NTD fileds are copied from the previous school which means this permit information could be outdated and no longer valid.

    We would like for the Int-District permit fields to NOT be copied during a transfer OR at least an option to to not copy these fields.
