Manual checkbox/override for Algebra I requirement.
Algebra I Requirement Met feature - Is there a manual override for this feature? We have so many different variants of passing Algebra I, or it's equivalent that we can't set it up solely through the course file. We have students who take our main year long course 3220 which works fine, but then we have other students who passed 1 semester of 3220 (which is 5 credits), then took the 2nd semester in a year long course 3056 (which they need 10 credits to pass the equivalent of that semester) or they took Alg I over 2 years where…

Aeries Analytics - Process GTE and PGM Records for GATE Indicators
When Aeries Analytics is processing the Gifted and Talented (GATE) indicator(s) it should evaluate both GTE and PGM.CD = 127 records and include students with active records in either table.

Before running report cards you must update grade reporting absence totals, but it would be great if this was made to be an automatic daily, weekly, or monthly update.

Data Audit for Immunizations
Create a data audit that looks for conditional statuses versus the number of doses by vaccine. We currently have many students that show they have met all requirements but they truly don't. These student's end up slipping through the cracks. It would also help in scenarios where a student has the same date populated for multiple doses of the same vaccine.

Force Red Flags as Pop-Up Message
Add option to force a pop-up that shows custom red flag information that is applied to a student demographics page or student contacts page or student's medical page. Pop-up should function similarly to session expiration message, pausing all page functions until pop-up is acknowledged or closed. Pop-up should display red flag information data, such as parent/contact restraining orders, medical or food allergy warnings, or other critical messages that could otherwise be ignored. Adding a red flag click box in discipline for auto red flag additions so it is automatic
Per California Ed Code 49079, a student’s teacher must be notified three years from the last infraction where the student violated the SSA. If the SSA Date field is populated, an asterisk (*) prints next to the student name on teacher rosters.
It would be convenient if there were a space in discipline where you could click a box to have the violation code automatically appear in the red flag, so it was not another step to go into the red flags to add a flag there.

Save PDF of Suspension Letter within Aeries Letter Log
Similar to how report cards can be pushed to Report Card History and District Attendance letters push PDFs of generated Attendance Letters to Letter Log, we'd like to see printed Suspension Letters be stored as PDFs in Aeries.

Mass Add Pictures - Validate correct student before importing picture
Utilize new AI technology to analyze photos while importing. If photo does not match current student, cause that picture to reject and send a reject report to user for analysis.

Scheduling Setup - should show date or grey out once it is ran
It would be great if the Scheduling Setup could show the date it was last ran. Maybe offer a check box or something that says you want to run it again and that current course request will be deleted.

Survey Audit pages - Add "Date Enrolled" option for Eligibility Date
On the Residence, Foster and Military Survey Audit pages, add "Date Enrolled" as an option for the Eligibility Date. This would help align PGM dates with enrollment dates.
