Add Stu ID field to PFT (Physical Fitness Test) letter
We would like the ability to add the Student ID field to the PFT letter so that we can utilize ParentSqaure's Secure Documents feature to distribute the results to the students/parents. The PFT table is currently student number based, so the ID cannot be added.

Flex SMS Board in Period View with no available empty cells to click on: Copy Class doesn't work
On the Flex SMS Board, with Period View checked. Select a class to copy. Press Copy Class button. If there is no empty cell to click on (the Flex Period + Teacher), the copied class doesn't display. If the cell already has a class in it, nothing happens.
Discovered in this case scenario: an elementary school with only one Flex Period, trying to copy an existing class.
The workaround already exists: un-check Period View. Then a copied class can be put into the same Flex Period with the same teacher or into a different Flex Period with a class already…

I recently started using School Events and I would love if there was a feature to just post certain events on certain grade levels. For example I would like to be able to post all of the "senior dates" in the school events page, but I would like for only my 12th grade students to view.

Force Red Flags as Pop-Up Message
Add option to force a pop-up that shows custom red flag information that is applied to a student demographics page or student contacts page or student's medical page. Pop-up should function similarly to session expiration message, pausing all page functions until pop-up is acknowledged or closed. Pop-up should display red flag information data, such as parent/contact restraining orders, medical or food allergy warnings, or other critical messages that could otherwise be ignored. The CBEDS-ORA Export Files - Schools to Export option list should be independent of CALPADS
The CBEDS-ORA Export Files "Schools to Export" and the CALPADS Extracts "Schools" options listing are overwriting each other (they save to the same option listing in the Database).
For us, the set of schools we need to report to ORA is different than the set of schools we need to report to CALPADS.
I recently submitted a ticket because the CALPADS extract seemed to stop extracting records for two of our schools. The CALPADS extract was generating N470 records for students at the non-selected schools...

Algebra I Requirement Met feature - Is there a manual override for this feature? We have so many different variants of passing Algebra I, or it's equivalent that we can't set it up solely through the course file. We have students who take our main year long course 3220 which works fine, but then we have other students who passed 1 semester of 3220 (which is 5 credits), then took the 2nd semester in a year long course 3056 (which they need 10 credits to pass the equivalent of that semester) or they took Alg I over 2 years where…

Attendance Log Report - The correct Primary Teacher should print for the dates the teacher was primary. The Log should reflect the student's grade level at the time of the absence.

Medical History
Create a way to condense medical history. Right now for instance, when a student has asthma and the parent enters it while enrolling every school year, there is a new entry made each time. So under medical history there can be numerous repeat entries. It would be great if there were an option for parents to just continue a medical condition rather than enter it all over again.

Master Schedule - Default View
I would love this page to default to show ALL ACTIVE sections. Our section list defaults to show ONLY ONE - the lowest section number, which happens to be inactive. It is irritating that in order to view all sections, I have to first erase the default number that appears in the search bod, and then click "Go" - see screenshot.
Additionally, I would love it if all the inactive sections were hidden by default (with a clickable box to show them if desired). Showing all inactive sections can get very confusing because we have many inactive sections with the…
