Do not Copy SWR fields, EOY fields and Comp fields during "Create Pre-Enrolled students" process
During the "Create Pre-Enrolled Students" process, the system is copying over the entire STU record and this includes the fields on the Student Data 2 tab that are completely unnecessary (Please see attached screenshot). These fields are not needed for the Pre-Enrolled record and they are causing issues with the SENR ODS process if Pre-Enrolled records are not skipped in CalPads Extracts. These fields should not copy in the pre-enrolled record or in the rollover process as they offer no benefit in the new year database.

The Scheduling Reject Analysis Listing report when using Flex Scheduling no longer provides the same information as it did in Traditional Scheduling. The Scheduling Reject Analysis Listing Report used to show which periods were in conflict or full but that option is no longer available, now it is just a list of classes without telling us which class or period it conflicts with. This information is extremely helpful to have in the actual report instead of having to look up each individual student to see where the conflict is, which is what we are having to do right now. Can…

Copy From Summer School
HI Team,
Please create a LOG entry when someone runs "Copy From Summer School". There's no way for me to track who ran this process when creating duplicates in HIS table.
Any ADD to Transcripts should also be captured in LOG.

Student ID Cards with the option to Print Preferred Names
Would it be possible to have Student ID's print out with the preferred name of the student instead of the legal name?

Legend for Attendance Roster
I would love it if the Attendance Rosters would print with a legend. When we have substitutes we get a variety of marks that have to be deciphered.

Select ID type on Mass Add Data Student Search box
On the Mass Update Student Related Data page, there is an option to paste a list of student numbers or student ID numbers into the Student Search, but returns matches to either of those fields. This can cause more students than intended to be loaded because some of the students ID numbers match other students' "Student Numbers." Please add an option to select which field should be searched, either ID OR SN

Remove Expired CALPADS Program Codes from drop-down menu
These two are still available (even after Inactivation) from the drop-down menu when adding a new student program record, they should be removed:

When entering a disposition for ADS for SIS or SUS, check offense against suspendable offenses before disposition is allowed.
A few of the discipline events this year had incorrect dispositions - in school suspension and suspension codes were entered for offenses that were not listed in the suspendable offense table. The disposition was allowed to be saved, it should have been rejected and the user prompted to change the disposition to a non-suspendable or change the offense code to a suspendable offense that is in the SUS table

Report Cards - Citizenship and Work Habits
Report Cards - Currently Citizenship mark legend prints in alphabetical/numeric order. We would like to have the report card honor the Update Code Table Sort option for the GRD.CI field in which order this legend prints out on the report card, and not just in alphabetical order.

Staff ID to Auto populate for Discipline Table, Visitation Table, and the Intervention Table any table that is asking for staff user or Staff ID should just auto-populate when staff logs into Aeries.

Disable autofill in the student demographic page's mailing address when adding new students or importing data
When importing data or adding a student, the mailing address fields are autofilled with what is in the school options. We then have to go back to delete the data. If disabled, then the fields would be manually filled out or left as blank.
