Ed Fi Sync Null Errors - Add more details
Provide more details on which student is generating the error with a null value. The error message 'Value cannot be null' is not very descriptive when troubleshooting the error.

Additional Program Screening Mapping
We established local codes for the program screening function in Aeries Programs. We are using Multitudes as our screener, and are screening students in different languages. We wanted to be able to differentiate between English screening results and Spanish screening results. As Multitudes adds screening languages, there might be a reason for more languages. We also added codes that align with the Multitudes results in PGR.ST. Since these are local codes, they are not being recognized in the Missing Risk of Reading Difficulties Screening Report.

Mass Import Course Entries AND Mass Replace Previous Entries in Academic Plan
Currently, mass imports must be made to the APL and APC tables. If possible, this process should be simplified.

Create a STU field that flags if a student has an IEP or 504
Create a field on the STU page that flags a student with an 'I' or a '5' depending on if they have an active IEP or 504. This will be similar to how a lot of districts utilize the STU.U2 field but it would be automatic rather than manual upkeep. This STU field needs to be queryable and an option in Student Groups so that districts can utilize the field the same way they utilize the U2 field.

Academic Plan Mass Import needs to replace any current entries
There is already request to create a MASS IMPORT feature. However, please make sure that the MASS IMPORT feature allows to override any entry already made.

ability to hover over attendance notes bubble in Attendance Management
The site secretaries noticed today that they are able to hover over the attendance notes in the Attendance page and they LOVE it! One secretary brought up a suggestion that they would love to see this in the Attendance Management, too.

Separate ADA Make Up Days Line
In Student Attendance at the bottom of the page summary, and on the parent portal, add a separate line that shows the number of ADA Make Up days earned for the year.

Staff That Have Not Created a Gradebook for their Classes Report
We need a report to identify staff members who have not yet built a gradebook. The report should include the following details for each teacher at each campus:
Course
Section
SEM Term
Gradebook Number (GBK#)
Gradebooks that have not been created should display as null or blank in the report.

High Quality CTE Course Indicator for virtual college courses
In the CALPADS EOY CRSC extract files, college courses (Course Level = 23 or 24) that are assigned a CTE state course code (7000-8999) require a high Quality CTE Course Indicator. The 9.36 field should populate with a Y to indicate the course and teacher meet the High Quality CTE Course qualifications when the college CTE course is virtualized and no section or section school is assigned.

Only allow 1 primary insurance for the insurance form
With the new insurance form, the system does not prohibit a student having multiple primary insurers at the same time. When you pull the data you get multiple records when in actuality a student only has one primary coverage and additional coverage would be secondary. If we can only allow for one primary insurer or look at dates as coverage can change based on the dates. etc. That would help narrow the issue of a parent selecting multiple primary insurers.

Assertive Discipline Referrer dropdown list
Currently the dropdown list for the Assertive Discipline Referrer field (ADS.SRF) displays Staff (STF) records that are tagged as Inactive. Add an option or filter to not display Inactive Staff records in the dropdown list.

OpenID SSO and Aeries MFA
With the new OpenID SSO setup, THANK YOU!, there is a small issue in Aeries MFA still being enforced on accounts that not using Aeries for identity management. I need a way to turn it off for every user type/identity provider combination or just a way to add custom user types.

Long running process visibility page
Have a nightly processes that checks for possibly "hung" long running processes that have not completed within a reasonable time.
For example:
We just found that an "Update Attendance History" process was started in October (3 months prior), but never completed.
This also prevented the Scheduled process from running, so our AHS values were very out of date!If the system was monitoring for these types of interrupted processes and alerting someone... this could have been found and resolved much earlier!!

Academic Plan Page - For Staff, Limit Courses like Parent Student View
Currently, for Staff entering Courses into the Academic Plan, every Course in the district shows up in the dropdown. Can it be limited like it is for Parents and Students

TOMS EDS: Translation Glossary (NEDS) Default Language
Can the default state of this drop-down be set to blank/null? Instead of defaulting to a language (Arabic), we request that the system display a warning message or validation error (e.g., "Please select a language") to remind the user to make an active selection before saving/uploading.
