Additional Violations for CALPADS Assertive Discipline
Currently there is a limit of five violations per incident in Assertive Discipline. We've run into this limit due to a complicated multi-day incident this summer that would have benefitted from being able to list ALL of the violations committed by the involved students in this one incident. Would like to request the number of available slots for ed code violations be increased from five to ten.

In schools that administer both SBG and GRD grades, allow teachers to select the type of gradebook they are creating or editing (either SBG or GRD) even if the school is not using Grading Periods.

Attendance Percentage Comparison page and School Information page, "Prior ADA" field - Allow the page and field in a future enhancement to be utilized by California Districts as a tool for comparisons of attendance data between previous year and current year.

Dual households (addresses and parents) should be on Demographics Page!
Hi Aeries!
Many students have dual households due to divorce, alternative living situations etc., and the demographics page doesn't allow for listing BOTH households (and both parents), nor both mailing addresses (nor separate home phone numbers). The program operates as if traditional marriage is the only option!
Aeries does not generate a comprehensive mailing list--meaning, it does not include both mailing addresses where applicable. I can do a separate query using the contacts, but it is a time consuming process and really it should be listed together, front and center, on the student demographic page. When a student is deleted from supplemental attendance (ATA), give an option to also delete all of the dates they attended (ATD). As of now the tables do not have that relationship.

Electronic Report Cards - Add an Opt-Out Option
In the same vein as the idea submitted for emailing grade report notifications, we would like to allow parents to opt-out of receiving paper report cards.
We would like Online Enrollment, Parent Data Confirmation and the Portal to include an 'Opt-out of mailed grade reports' button. Parents should have an easy way to opt-in or out as needed while allowing the district to save postage, forms, toner, and man-hour costs to distribute report cards to parents who don't need or want them.
Then, have the grade reporting process include one function to post report cards to all students' portal accounts…

Is there a way for a red flag to print on the Student Emergency Card Report? Not just students with a red flag on contacts, but any student with a red flag.

Student Data Audit needs to skip matriculating students with STU.HSG populated
The Student Data Audit report should skip the students with the STU.HSG populated in the highest matriculation grades in an elementary or high school.
We need to change this option on the Student Data Audit report from: Ignore STU.HSG/DG validation (GR=12 and date > 06-04-2021)

Permission to put Red flag on graduation status page without giving permission to change graduation requirements
Please allow districts to choose to give permission to users to put Red flags on the graduation status page without having to give them update rights to REQ table which allows them to then change graduation requirements.

Similar to the ABS table, add color coding feature so that multiple calendars and mulitple years can easily be identified.

Residence Survey Audit and Special Programs Record
When the Residence Survey is completed through Online Enrollment, if a special programs record is triggered it should also go to the Residence Survey Audit. This is an easier way for designated staff to review data that is time sensitive.
