Print Classroom Photo - Seating Chart New option
When report is run from View All Reports by Admin or User with Seating Chart New option selected, when selecting a section to print it is sometimes giving an incorrect message of "Select one section for the teacher" and does not print1 voteHello, I wanted to let you know that the prior status of "started" should have been "researching". Create Shared Gradebooks functionality
MST.TN is the Teacher of Record.
MST.TN2 and MST.TN3, co-teaching fields, should have the MST.TN gradebooks auto-populate in their Teacher Portal accounts mirroring the Teacher of Record setup.
Create a parent/child relationship within shared gradebooks : mirror linked or unlinked gradebooks as the Teacher of Record.
This would mean the Teacher of Record would have to approve all gradebook changes - this would prevent gradebooks from disappearing.
Additionally adding a gradebook option where the Teacher of Record (parent gradebook) would allow a TN2 and/or TN3 co-teacher (child gradebooks) RUID access to make change in the gradebook without the Teacher of…

Grade/Mark Legend printed on Report Card should have separate settings from Grade Report Exception List
Currently, the printout of the Grade/Mark Legend on the Report Card, and the Grade/Mark options that are available on the Grade Exception Report both pull from the GRD.MK field of the COD table. We have many valid marks, and don't wish to have A-F print in the legend, but the consequence of removing those marks from the COD table is that we can no longer search for D's or F's using the Exception Report. It would be very useful to separate these very different functions.

(Mask) Discipline Letter - Multiple Letters for Offenses
Update Discipline Letter Text Editor to allow for Discipline XX 1 (English and Spanish) and Discipline XX 2 (English and Spanish). Currently, when these two letters are created and utilized, discipline only reverts to the most recent, which would be Discipline XX 2 (English/Spanish). It does not allow us to select Discipline XX 1 as a first offense as it selects Discipline XX 2 (English/Spanish). If these letters are named differently, then the letters can be generated. Please make it where the letters with similar names and different verbiage can be utilized.

Email Off Campus Pass to Student Email
Under Attendance Detail/Attendance notes, we can create an off campus pass. We need to be able to send it directly to student email address. I know other schools that use Aeries use this feature. This alleviates having to print each pass and also alleviates student traffic in the office, interrupting classes to deliver passes.

When updating the Database Definitions Form also update the CRS Database Information report.
The Report for the CRS Database Table Information does not include the "Relationships" section, even though "Show Relationships" is enabled (Print Database Table Information Report Options). Only the Indexes and Triggers sections are included.

Courses and Standards (SBR)
When using Standards Based Grades attached to Courses (SBR) add a warning message when standards are being linked to multiple courses or limit number of standards that can be attached to the Course to prevent issues with creating the grade table or printing the report cards.

Let users test drive new features
Our school went to flex scheduling this year and we are still learning about the new features, mostly by happenstance. In the future, it would be great to get to "test drive" how pages, reports and other Aeries functions that are being worked on before they are launched. In my view, it often appears that report changes, functionality, etc, are modified by programmers for ease of use but some of the end user looks are not considered. Current flex sched vs past year's view of attendance attached with notes.

Locker History
We would like a report/form that would show locker history. If a student withdrew from school and their locker was removed from demographics, be able to view those previously assigned lockers.
This will allow us to confirm the locker is clean, and in working condition prior to reassigning it.

Smart Search Bar
When creating substitute teacher accounts, I wish there was a search bar where I could start typing a name and the list would decrease based on that information.

Show the query of all reports
Please show the query that is used for each report at the bottom, so that if we need to run a keep/skip or adjust the data, we can do so from the query table.

Color Code on Assignment Type when viewing on Scores by Class
Now that you can view the Assigment type on the Scores by Class - color code them with a color - yellow/green blue/yellow. Anything to make the view easier on Scores by Class.

Filter for Assignment Type on Scores By Class
Now that the Formative (F) and Summative (S) assignment types can be displayed, add the ability to sort by assignment type on the Scores by Class view.
