Modify Internship page to hide prior year records, not inactive records.
Because internships are now part of the WBLR extract that happens at the end of the year, many times they are being recorded after the internship has ended. Once the record is saved, it disappears from view, and the user thinks the record didn't save properly, so duplicate records are added.
Also, it would be great if the Employer Evaluation field would be flagged when the WT=10 and there is no Evaluation score entered. Those records are rejected by CALPADS.

On the Course Request page, please add the ability to display courses in the search by LOC grade range or add a filter to the search field. Example: Grade range 4-6 will display courses with a 9-12 grade range.

Permission to put Red flag on graduation status page without giving permission to change graduation requirements
Please allow districts to choose to give permission to users to put Red flags on the graduation status page without having to give them update rights to REQ table which allows them to then change graduation requirements.

Honor Roll and Class Rank Report - Add Option to Include Certain Inactive Students
The Honor Roll and Class Rank report does not have an option to list the students that graduated early, so it appears to be skipping certain ranks.

Add an option to select SST in School Locator Cards for Summer School
Allow an option to select terms in Student Locator Cards when Summer School Course Request scheduling is enabled. SST table is used when students have not been copied over to Summer School yet. Currently, this report only looks at TRM.

School/District option to prevent report cards from being printed while a grading window is open for SBG and GRD.
We have taken away the ability for teachers to print report cards, however as Option 1 we would like a system lock out option that would prevent the reports from being generated/printed while the grading window is open as defined by Portal Options/Grades for SBG and GRD. Option 2 solution would be to have a watermark of "unofficial" on the reports that are printed while the grading window is open. We have had teachers pass out copies to parents that were provided to them under "I need to review and it's better if it's printed out." and we are looking…

Change the Attendance Letter List to have an option to print teacher instead of counselor
Since the changes to the Demographic screen to include counselor as well as teacher the elementary level Attendance Letter List report does not print the teacher name. The office staff needs the teacher name printed instead. I would like to see an option to print teacher or counselor on the report interface at the elementary level.

Data Validation - Add the ability to clear a validation that doesn't need to be fixed
Some validations get checked but need to stay as-is. It'd be great to be able to clear those, or at least add a comment to know we don't have to worry about it moving forward.

Standards Based Comments - Add a Word Count
Some teachers tend to write too much and don't know that comments will get cut off once printed. If there was a word count we could estimate a max and the teachers could fix before printing.

Edit Access to ELAS Code and Date
Please give admin accounts edit access to the ELAS Code and ELAS Date fields on the Language Assessment screen. It would be nice to be able to make quick updates after a change in CALPADS instead of having to wait until the next day for an extract that reflects the updated ODS.

District Assets unified check in for both teachers and students
Can you implement just One check in for both Staff & Student. This will eliminate errors on textbooks when we are unable to determine if it is student and staff.

Hyperlink to Portal Groups from Portal Options creates login frame twice for USER also disable hyperlink to Portal Groups if not Admin
Portal Options has a hyperlink to Portal Groups which a user does not have permission to. Navigating from the hyperlink to Portal Groups takes user to a home page where the exterior of the webpage loads twice. The page should display as a blank screen when the user has no permission to that page. Also disable the Portal Group hyperlinks in Portal Options for a USER and allow only ADMIN to use them.
