Discipline (DIS) - The Student Discipline Record Report should only print the Staff member's first and last name.
The Student Discipline Record Report prints the staff member's full name, including middle name. Requesting that it not include the staff member's middle name, similar to how the Student Assertive Discipline Record Report (ADS) prints only first and last name of staff member.

Spacing for easy use of Attendance by Photo for teachers
Teachers often check the wrong student when completing their attendance by photo. Better and clearer spacing between the students would be very helpful.

Transcripts-Dual Enrollment Credit School-Allow to Pull from CHI vs. LOC table
A programming change occurred within the last two years to only allow the Dual Enrollment credit school to be entered from the LOC table instead of the CHI table. This is causing issues for us because there are times when students are enrolled at an out of district school when the Dual Enrollment course was completed and when they transfer to our district we need to enter the credit school as the out of district school and not a school within our district. These two are still available (even after Inactivation) from the drop-down menu when adding a new student program record, they should be removed:

Gradebook - GBS.MK Recalculation Not Using Term Based Marks After Adding or Deleting a Standard to an Already Graded Assignment
In schools where the Portal Option ' Display Only Marks for Teacher, Parents and Students (Applies to SBG Grades and Gradebooks)' is Enabled, and the Gradebook is an SBG gradebook, if a standard is added to or removed from an assignment that has already been graded, then the recalculation that occurs should honor the above Portal Option and save the appropriate term mark in the GBS.MK field.

PS, TK & Kinder Information Report for age turning 5, next grade, & next school based on age.
I am looking for a report for PS and TK Students for the date that they will turn 5, And what school they are attending, next school and next grade based on their age.
It needs to say the year of TK enrollment and Kinder enrollment based on the state age requirements. We need this a lot for reporting right now.

CCGI - Upload CCGI Extract to CCGI via SFTP
One cool new option for your CCGI export, would be to enter the district's SFTP information into the export, and have the long running process automatically send to CCGI.
98 votesHello, the following changes were made to the CCGI Extract pages on the 4/1/26 release. Most notable is the ability to schedule the extracts to generate automatically. The ability to automatically send these files via SFTP to CCGI is almost done and will be released as soon as it passes final testing with CCGI. Here are the relevant release notes:
- School Options > Imports and Exports > CCGI Extract: A new Configure Scheduled Process button was added to the Files tab. When selected, Days of the Week and time can be entered and saved. When enabled, the CCGI extract files will automatically be created and saved to the local drive settings. Please note: We are almost finished with the process to automatically send scheduled files via SFTP to CCGI. It will be released as soon as it passes final testing.

Academic Plan: UC/CSU requirements tracking
Currently, A-G requirements that are above and beyond basic requirements (such as a third year of Science or Language) do not 'roll over' to satisfy the elective requirement, even though the student has a plan to satisfy the requirement.
Suggested change: Allow A-G courses in this category to show that the area G elective is satisfied. See attached example; highlighted courses should all satisfy the G elective.

Aeries Student Check in
Have Aeries have a check in option for students that arrive late to school. Using a barcode scanner - the students would scan their ID into the system which would recognize their STU ID.
Then they would choose from a list of reasons -

ENR Table in Query
When running a query on the ENR table it only pulls enrollment history from the database you are currently in, limiting all enrollment history pulled to information users already have. If the ENR table could be used to pull all enrollment history regardless of which database you are in it would give much more helpful and robust data!

Counseling Page Limit to Number of Records option
Counseling Page - Add a Limit number of records option like Medical Log page has to be able to control the initial display of records and help page load quicker when there are many records.
