District Assets Items - Add Inactive Tag
I would like to request an Active/Inactive field for any asset in the DRI table so when an asset is "Active" it can be checked out, and when an Asset is "Inactive" it cannot be checked out.

Emulate Parent Account from the Student Profile
It would be nice if everywhere a parent account is listed (like Profile) it were possible to click the "emulate" button.
Right now the workflow is "Grab a student ID, then copy it, then search it in Manage Parent/Student Accounts, then emulate."

Staff ID Card Enhancements
We are very interested in ditching our current Staff ID Badge software in favor of the Staff ID Card functionality that was recently added to the Aeries Admin portal. Currently, that functionality provides one static badge type in landscape mode. It is most common for ID badges (especially those that incorporate and RFID chip for plant access control) to use a portrait layout. Also, it is common that only the staff picture, name and title (in larger font), and bar code representation of employee ID are displayed.
Aeries Staff ID Card functionality would be greatly enhanced if there were options…

Google Account Creation - Add additional templates to the Student User Name Pattern sections or allow additional modifiers
When creating Google accounts, add additional templates to the Student User Name Pattern sections or allow additional modifiers (in addition to the current LEFT and RIGHT string functions.
As the K-6 feeder districts we utilize the 6th grade promotion year as part of their email addresses. and that's the one component that is holding us back from turning on the integration.
Having something like [promotion-year] which could be tied to a school's High Grade, or the being able to do something like "[graduation-year] - 6" would be great.4 votes -
School Name Dropdown - Highlight Current School
It would be nice if the School Name Dropdown would select the current location in the list and have it visible when dropping down the list each time.
For some functions that don't operate at a district level, I spend a fair amount of time scrolling the locations dropdown list to select the next site when performing the action for every site.6 votes -
Behavioral Emergency - Add Date Filters to the Behavioral Emergency Report
Since the BER table contains the full history of incidents for students, we would like to be able to filter the Behavioral Emergency Report by a date range, so we can easily find only incidents in the current school year

Turn off the default grade for the new student page
Populate Student Grade level field (STU.GR) with a blank, instead of low grade from School Options when adding a new student.

Event Log - Aeries NET
Have Aeries.NET log to the Event Log on the System, similar to how AeriesReporting and Aeries Online Registration do so that more detailed logs could be accessed rather than relying on the on-screen error messages and IIS logs.

Military Survey at District Level
Military Survey at the district level would be beneficial for large and small districts. At this time, you would have to log into each school site one by one and confirm or reject a military survey record for large school districts, who may have one or two people checking 30 to 50 schools one by one can be very time-consuming. For smaller school districts who only have a district Aeries support person(s), it will make life easier and be a more efficient way to confirm or reject the military survey records from a district level.

Weekly Progress Emails -School-based Instead of District-based
We would really like to be able to enable or disable this option by school instead of for the entire district at once.
Weekly Progress Emails are a district-based option, so we have this turned on for our district, but if parents at our elementary school (which doesn't use gradebooks) select to receive weekly progress emails when they see the pop up in the parent portal, they receive weird messages and blank emails and call the school to complain that it's not working right.

District Attendance Letters - Grace Period Until SART Meeting and Sort Options
Adding a Grace Period option would REALLY help our attendance specialists stop having to peruse Letter 2 attendance letters for possible deletion due to grace period conditions not being met.
One more suggestion if I may...It would be great to have the option to be able to sort district attendance letters by Letter Number, then by School...and alternatively by School, then by Letter Number when printing.

Warning Message Hyperlink
Add a hyperlink to the red Warning Message that appears on any student related page. It would make auditing more efficient for staff to be able to click the hyperlink to the "problem area".

Student Emergency Card should remember selected checkbox options
The customer would like the checkbox options on the Student Emergency Card report to save her choices, so that she can select the checkboxes her district users want and then all the other users have to do is press print.

Online Enrollment - Allow Easy Way to Change Order of Questions
Add the ability to easily change the order of questions on the page, and options for questions (e.g.; Drag and Drop, buttons to Move Up or Move Down, etc.). For example, the order of questions on the Authorizations and Supplemental Questions.

Online Enrollment - Finish translating to Spanish
Finish translating to Spanish words that are displaying in English when logged in as Spanish. I updated to the newest version of Online Enrollment, and was hoping it would have resolved these translation issues. I believe at least one item did get fixed, but the rest still remain.

Contact Tracing Form - COVID-19
Our area schools ( potentially the state ) are being required to conduct contact tracing for staff and students for COVID-19. This would also be helpful for future outbreaks of other transmittable illnesses ( such as Whooping Cough and Chicken pox ).
What is needed:
Column 1 - STF / STU searchable to add patient(s) zero
Column 2 - Contacts they potentially came in contact with
Column 3 - Ability to check mark if the contacts in Column 2 were exhibiting symptomsOn the page it would also have incident details:
