When searching for students at the elementary level, the counselor field is now displayed. Can we get this changed back to being called teacher, and auto-populate the teacher name again?

Lock row and column headers on Classes page
When I am using the Classes page to schedule a student's classes, I usually first add a Course Request packet that has all the courses for that student's grade so that I can select which sections s/he should be in. But we have 10 Flex Periods across our various school days, and when I scroll right to view the latter flex periods, I can no longer see the row headers that tell me the name of the course. And if I scroll down to look at latter rows of courses in the list, I can no longer see the column…

For Online Enrollment the wording for question #1 on the home language survey does not match the CDE revision from July 2020.

Filtering the Students with Double Periods Report
As with any scheduling report, it's super helpful to be able to use a KEEP/SKIP statement to filter down. If honoring a KEEP/SKIP isn't possible, perhaps add a period filter to the report would help limit results.

Please add the California Dreamer Act Application (CADAA) information added as a hard-coded item so the information can be tracked under the Activities and Awards page for our non-citizen students similar to resident students that apply for FAFSA.

Intervention Progress Comment Tab Access
Enable update and insert security for the individual intervention tables for teachers. This will allow teachers to create progress comments on the intervention record for their students.

Mark Types should be unique to each school rather than district-owned values
When the title or name of a mark type is changed, it is changed at all schools. This is a particular issue with the legend that prints on report cards. We use elementary SBG report cards at our K-4 school and secondary standards based report cards at our middle school - completely different grading scales and reports. And yet the Mark Types are shared! It doesn't make sense that Valid Marks are unique by school, but the Mark Types are district-owned.

Show Period Absences on Profile Page
For period attendance, include the total period absence - not just the tardies.

Allow 2 character absence codes
With all of the new absence codes we had to add for Distance Learning and now the ones we have to add for COVID related absences for P-EBT, we have run out of letters and have used almost half of the numbers and really need 2 character absence codes to be allowed in the system.

The scope of work required to allow 2-digit attendance codes, and manage the effects throughout the attendance feature will only be able to be accomplished as part of a future modernization effort for the Attendance feature.

Birthday List
Please add the ability to filter the birthday list. Currently when you print it, it prints for all students in the school.

UC/CSU Eligibility Report- Grade Waiver "X" Not Calculating Correctly
It appears that in using the "X" grade on a transcript for validation purposes to meet A-G i.e. test out for world language where a student demonstrated proficiency of a world language by testing out. The UC/CSU eligibility report will not calculate this validation. It looks like the validation in the UC/CUS eligibility report is tied to credits earned. For instance, in the provided example (attachment) because credits are 0, it is still showing as student needing 20 credits of world langauge. Add PreACT 8/9 to College Entrance Tests
Our school, like other campuses, has our students take the PreACT 8/9 each year and it would be great to capture their scores in Aeries. It could mirror the PreACT as it has the same test sections - Composite, English, Reading, Math, Science, and STEM.

Students With Unverified Absences Report
Can you please please please add the correspondence language to this report? Even if it's just a column with the 00 or 01 (English or Spanish) as I know there's a lot already on it. However, I would LOVE it if I can just use that report when I call for absences so I know what language to use depending on who I'm calling instead of having to stop and look on the computer before every single call.

Give the ability to search for the student application by the App ID# and not just birthday and name.

It would be very helpful if the Student Data Printout report could have the option to include Emergency Contacts, Medical Information and Contacts Red Flags.

Add the Report Format option to the Attendance Submission Log
Add the Report Format option drop down menu to the Attendance Submission Log to allow other report options other than the defaulted PDF option. Excel was the suggested additional option.

Assign TAs only to certain Flex Periods
When assigning Teachers' Aides (TAs), we only allow teachers to have a certain number of TAs, usually the first couple of periods.
Can Aeries give us an option to choose which periods to assign TAs to and if possible which teachers to have which periods.
