Query - Grade Descriptions (GR?) do not display for grades below 0
Query - STU Grade level descriptions do not display in Query for students in Kinder, TK and PS when using "GR?" in the query.
Query needs to be adjusted to look at COD.AC = STU.GR in the Get_Description function.

Allow running Grade Report Cards report with only Read permission on GRD
Currently if a user does not have Read and Update on GRD, they can not run the Grade Report Cards report.
We would like for a user that only has Read permissions to the needed tables (GRD, ...) to be able to run the Grade Report Cards report.
The Standards Based Report Cards report does NOT require Update permission to SBG.

Bell Schedule - Copy to Multiple Days
It would be helpful in some situations, such as when schools may fluctuate between schedules due to the pandemic, to be able to quickly copy a single bell schedule to multiple days at once instead of having to set the schedule one day at a time. Being able to multi-select days by either control-click, checkbox, or some kind of "copy to all subsequent regular days of same name" (so all following mondays, or tuesdays, etc as the currently selected day) would be great.
Thank you!

Inactivation Options
Create a setup for Inactivation Options (like the No-Show Setup) that would allow certain STU.TG codes not to trigger it. Or, allow a STU.TG code to have an amount value that would not trigger the dialog. A code with this amount value code could then be used as a temporary inactivation (for example, to allow another school to add a concurrent enrollment when the District Setting "Students must be inactive at last school before enrollment at another school" is active) that would not remove classes from (or change the course attendance in) the original enrollment.

Include Database Group Name at the top of the screen
We have to use a separate database for summer school and are constantly toggling between the two. It would be nice to know which database you are currently logged into to make sure you aren't doing work in the wrong database.

Student ID Card - Select Period and add Room #
Add the option to select a specific period and print the room number. Teacher is already an option at elementary and the room# would be helpful. We should be able to select the period at secondary sites to print teacher and room#.

Add/keep track of non-school age siblings

Add Effective Start Dates to Classes (SEC) and update Class Summary to honor Dates rather than Terms
Currently, for a class to not display on a student schedule immediately, it is advised for users to make the change the day before it is set to go into effect. To allow for entering future classes, please add Effective Start Dates to the Classes page. This should also be honored on the Class Summary section of the Profile page rather than using Terms.

Scheduling Page Setup Processes
On the Scheduling Setup page, the new option in the initializing of the SMS table confuses the order to use these options:
Do Nothing with the SMS Table, but Copy Flex Periods (FTF)
Blank out the SMS Table
Copy current master schedule (MST) table to the new SMS table.Blanking out the SMS table does not copy the FTF table, but it does warn that the FTF table for next year will be deleted. Should blanking out the SMS table have an option to NOT delete the FTF table? Or, should the training be done to blank out the SMS…

Add Final Average to Grade Report Mark Verification Listing
Add a final average to the Grade Report Mark Listing for teachers to be able to verify the student's final grade. This is used at our district for pass/fail indicators and grade promotion. The final average would average the 1st. semester grade and 2nd. semester grade.

Asset reports by asset type
Can we have ability to pull asset reports only for specific assets? Like I want a report that shows me everyone currently having an iPad checked out, asset ID 34 for example. I don't want to have to filter through all assets, it should be an option to select which asset and pull only active records.

Grades Report Mark Listing Report for Teachers
Teachers need access to a report that pulls their students' marks so they don't have to pull up each student individually. Teachers are working to have conversations with students about how they can pass for the year. In Texas you can fail the first semester but still get credit for the year if you first semester and second semester grades average out to a 70 or better. Teachers are trying to locate which students failed but have a chance to average pass as well as which students are failing. They also meet with students to let them know what they…
