Can the Student Counts (Census) Report have the option to be broken out by gender? We have lots of districts asking for numbers to be broken out by gender and it doesn't.

Separate current Data Confirmation setup from the setup for the upcoming school year before NYR
Separate current Data Confirmation settings from the setup for the upcoming school year. For districts that the NYR is only days before Data Confirmation for the new year starts - there isn't a lot of time to configure changes for all of the schools for the new year, and if we make the changes to text and AUT in the year that is ending - it may change / override important factors.

Unrelate staff record if record is closed and not for current year
Currently, if a staff record contains any field entry for a school (whether closed or not) it will show up under that school as "related to that school."
I.E. Staff member has a primary school (STF.PSC) of 223 and has an STJ record that has an end date in 2019 for school 221 (STJ.SCL) and a current year open STJ at school 223 (STJ.SCL). In the Staff listing, on the staff page with "Only records related to this school" checked, this staff member will show up in the list for school 223 AND 221 even though the 221 record is…

Add Incident ID’s to Discipline similar to Assertive Discipline
Currently, it isn’t possible to connect students that are involved in the same discipline incident, like you can with Assertive Discipline. Is it possible to submit a request to Aeries to add a feature like that so that they can anonymously connect multiple students to an incident?

Add automation to Backup Gradebooks
Allow district to select dates and/or re-occurrences of the Backup Gradebooks. This ensure that all is captured and available.

Add the Report Format option to the Attendance Submission Log
Add the Report Format option drop down menu to the Attendance Submission Log to allow other report options other than the defaulted PDF option. Excel was the suggested additional option.

Allow the Ability to Copy Standards in SBG
Allow the ability to have a functional Copy Standards button in SBG > Standards so that we can easily change/modify the copied standard to what we need, as well as the name (of course). It is so easy to make mistakes, especially when adding so many.

Delete Supplemental Attendance Data When Student Deleted From Session
When a student is deleted from supplemental attendance (ATA), give an option to also delete all of the dates they attended (ATD). As of now the tables do not have that relationship.

Emergency Contacts - Ability to hide aspects of contact info from other parents
For separated parents who want to protect their personal information (address, employer, email, phone number) from the other parent, we need the ability to restrict what parents get to see that won't just hide all contact info from everyone. Basically, we need a way for a parent to see their own info and and maybe just the name/relationship for the other guardians. This will enable parents in these situations to feel safe with providing this important information that we need on file.

Allow export of Ed-Fi sync logs
In the Ed-Fi System Initialization and Testing, users have the option to go through endpoint-by-endpoint and sync Aeries records with the Ed-Fi ODS. The resulting logs are often thousands of records long, and the Aeries UI has no way of allowing export of these logs: They cannot be copied or downloaded in any form. The only way I have found to parse them is to download the html of the page and run custom scripts to discard the HTML encoding and compile the error logs. This is frustrating and time-consuming.

Remove inactivated Counselors from the dropdown
For schools using staff id-based counseling tracking please do not allow inactive counselors to be displayed in the dropdown menu on the student demographic page. Only active counselors should be displayed in this dropdown menu.
