Auto populate intervention in discipline to pre-referral tab
I have received many requests from teachers to auto populate interventions entered in discipline to auto populate into pre-referral intervention. Currently our teachers are doing double documentation entering in discipline and also pre-referral.

Parent Portal > Data Confirmation > Homeless Liaison
Having the ability to add multiple contacts is great, since each school has their own liaison. However, separating the names, phone numbers, emails with a comma presents a confusing view (see attached).
Suggestions:
Multiple fields for multiple liaisons
Liaison not a root level field (configurable at each school)

Medication Schedule Page - Add field that calculates remaining doses
Parents are providing pill bottles or various amounts of medication to the Health clerks.
It would be beneficial to track in Aeries how much the parent provided and how much of that medication is left after the dose is administered.
This would involve a calculation where the user can enter the total amount the parent provided, and as the doses are administered, it would subtract from that total to show the remaining doses left.

Define Required Fields Visitation Table
We'd like to be able to define required fields on the Visitation table to make sure we're capturing necessary data. Really, this should be available for all tables.

Add row numbers adjacent to names in Teacher App (Attendance)
Adjacent to the names of the students in the attendance recording portion of the Teacher App, I would appreciate a simple number. For example, next to the first name is the #1, second name is #2, etc.

Query ADA by Subgroups
Be able to query ADA by subgroups such as foster/homeless, socio-economic, Hispanic, EL, etc. Currently, the information on the ADA report are calculations occurring to add up the total ADA values, and is not something we can query. The information from the Monthly Attendance Summary is not queryable, as it is calculations performed only for the report, and is not stored in any table

TOMS Test Settings - Text to Speech Spanish
In TOMS, there isn't a TTS in Spanish option. It's just the one line of TTS for ELA Items; Math Stimuli & Items; Science Stimuli & Items and then Spanish Items. From what I understand from ETS, if a student is taking the Spanish test, the TTS will automatically be in Spanish.
In Aeries the two lines, the way they're currently labeled, is causing confusion with my site coordinators. Would it be possible to change the label from Text-to-Speech in Spanish (for math items) to instead read Text-to-Speech (Stimuli & Items) and leave off the "in Spanish"?

SELA Import - Include list of SSIDs when no match is found
SELA Import Results. Update the email results to include a list of SSID numbers instead of the number of students without matches. This will help with identifing the SSID in the file that was not matched to a record in Aeries.

Emergency Card Report at District level
Emergency Card Report at District level - The report currently prints by school number order first and then by the sort option selected. Add an option to skip the initial school number sort that occurs.

Copy function for ODE records
It would be helpful to have a copy feature to easily copy all fields in a ODE record from one sibling to another like we see on CON record.

Fee Letter - Remove from Navigation Tree at the District Level or allow the report to be printed at the District Level
At this time, Fee Letters can only be printed at the school level. When attempting to run them at the District level, the report returns an error. Please remove the Fee Letter from the Navigation Tree at the District level or allow the report to complete successfully when run at the District level

For any type of communication between parent and admin/sec/ teacher. So we have documentation in one place.-For admin/sec/ teacher to log when phone calls are made what it was regarding etc.

Gradebook - Histogram generation for assignments in gradebook
Incorporate the option to generate a histogram of the scores for any assignment in gradebook.
-include ability to specify sub-interval lengths
-include option to combine linked assignments from linked gradebooks

Assertive Discipline Read Only - ability to select fields available to view
It would be beneficial to be able to select the fields in permissions for ADS like we can for STU, CON, and STF. This is essential for teacher and student rights to both be protected.

The ability to create a counselor subgroup in Aeries Analytics
We are moving to using Aeries Analytics dashboards for our entire school district to be able to identify how to best aim our resources. Our counselors, by necessity have access to the entire school they work at, but they also have a caseload of students specific to them. We need them to be able to run analytics based on their caseload, but currently we cannot find a way to use the counseling field to create a dynamic group that would do this. This field cannot be a static student group because we constantly get new enrollments and the data would…

Allow for an assignment due date to be different for an individual student
Allow for an assignment to be designated with a different assignment due date for individual students.
Currently we can do this for an entire class, but it would be very helpful per individual.7 votes -
Allow calculating of GPA mid trimester
Add the ability to calculate a student's cumulative GPA mid-trimester.
During 3rd trimester, our counselors send home letters to 8th-grade students who are not meeting the 2.0 gpa. It is quite a task to hand calculate the GPAs for the number of students we have.7 votes -

Guidance Group Can't Be Filtered in Navigation
In the new user interface, typing "Guidance" into the navigation filter does not return the Guidance group (Assertive Discipline, Discipline, etc.).

Attendance History
Please add a way to see a HISTORY of what was coded in attendance. (NOT to be confused with Attendance History - which shows enrollment). This would help the attendance secretaries in case they change a code and want to revert to what was coded before. The history could simply list the changes that were made in attendance. This would help immensely.
