Add one more option in Attendance Management
Currently, a user can only select to mass enter for All Day code or a period at a time.
We are an All Day attendance reporting district for the middle schools as well but they also take period attendance.
In the Attendance Management, when we mass enter for all day code, we would also like to mass add for specific periods.1 vote -
Include Legal Name in APIs
We need the students' Legal Names to be included in our API for NIM. Currently, only the Alias and Preferred Name fields are being extracted, which is causing a mismatch in students' Gmail accounts. Student email addresses are generated based on the initials of their Legal Name, but when only Preferred Names are available, the initials often differ—resulting in Gmail accounts being overridden or misassigned by NIM.
It is critical to allow Legal Names as part of the API table options.

Import data to FRE - Populate FRE.CD with import of household number and income
When manually populating FRE.NO (household size) and FRE.YR (income) in FRE their is form logic that then auto-calculates and populates FRE.CD. But when we import this same data via Import Data to Aeries the form logic does not execute, and FRE.CD remains blank. The request is to adjust Aeries logic to have FRE.CD auto-calculate and populate based on imported data the same as it does for manually entered data into FRE.

Duplicate Bell Schedule Times - Flex (FTT)
In some cases, duplicate times are created in FTT when editing bell schedule times. Need a way to delete the duplicate records.
Workaround: Delete the duplicates in SQL only

Honor Physical Fitness (PFT) Security on All Aeries Pages
Users without Read permissions to Physical Fitness Data should not be able to see High School Physical Fitness test results on the following pages in Aeries:

Attendance Management Page Unverified Absence Option
When the 'unverified absence' option is selected, display all codes in all periods and All Day code instead of just absence codes. Selecting the option "unverified absences' should be a filter to limit to students with at least 1 unverified absence code but not displaying only absence codes

Course Credits Change Rollover Function
At this time when course credits are changed, this change will not roll over to SMS/MST/GRD/HIS because these are point-in-time data fields from when they are created. Course credits are housed in all of these tables which would require mass changes to each. A tool to find credits differences between tables/references and to execute changes from would be helpful in expediting this process.

Include an absence percentage in Attendance Percentage by Date Range (APDR) table
Currently, the APDR page shows the students' percentage of attending school. Adding the percentage the student has not attended would be beneficial in regards to Chronic Absenteeism, CALPADS EOY report 14.1, which focuses on the percentage of days missed or, at the very least, allow query to calculate it using the APDR.APR. Currently, it does not.
Aeries Analytics does have the Chronic report, but that only focuses on 10% or more and does not break it down as needed in the EOY report 14.1. If we create our own Analytics dashboard (as I have), it does not include inactive students.…

Give teachers access to the Interventions Dashboard
Teacher with read only can see interventions but not the Intervention Dashboard. We would like teachers to see the dashboard.

Save show all terms option in class summary
In the profile page under class summary, is it possible to have it save our selection to show all terms so we don't have to check it every time we go to that screen.

504 Plan Meeting - Enhance to allow multiple meeting dates rather than adding a new plan
Also, in the 504 table, there should be a way to add a new "meeting" date to the existing 504 plan. The plan is the same plan and should be kept open until it is closed for a new plan. For annual meetings, there should be a tab to keep track of the annual meetings on the same plan, instead of adding a new plan every year.

Allow record selection in the "Mass Change All Day Code Period Attendance" Aeries Page
Currently, on the “Mass Change All Day Code (Period Attendance)” page in Aeries, users can direct the system to search for students who have a minimum number of absence codes across their periods using the option:
“During at least the following number of periods (0 means they must have been absent every class period)”

Add Email Notifications When a Custom Table record is submitted/updated
Willits Unified School District created a Custom Behavior Referral table in Aeries to replace our SWIS system districtwide. Teachers now enter referrals directly into Aeries, but there is no way to automatically notify site staff when a new record is submitted. We are requesting an enhancement that sends an email or system alert when a new Behavior Referral is created or updated. This would ensure timely follow-up by administrators and counselors, improve communication, and eliminate the need for manual monitoring. Add MST.DLI Field to OneRoster API Output
Description:
Requesting that the MST.DLI (Date Last In School) field be included in the data exposed through Aeries’ OneRoster API. This field is particularly useful for LMS integrations such as Canvas, where tracking student enrollment and attendance history is critical for accurate rostering and reporting.Currently, this field is not available via the API, and there is no option to customize the API output through the Aeries UI. Adding MST.DLI would enhance the flexibility and usefulness of the OneRoster feed for districts relying on automated LMS syncs.

Report Card History - Improved verbiage in email notification of completion or failure for SBG AND GRD
These emails should contain at least school name/number information for the users to know which school failed or completed.

Request for Running Total Discipline Report (DIS Incidents)
I’d like to request a report that provides a running total of all discipline incidents. The current “Students with N or More Demerits” report only pulls from ADS, but I’d like this new report to pull from DIS instead.
The goal is for schools to be able to monitor minor discipline incidents and track students who may need additional support based on their total number of DIS records.

Gain and Loss Report
When the school type is Flex-Daily & Primary Class Tracking is enabled. Not all student names appear on the report, but the gain/loss totals are accurate.

Do not allow mass change of 500 students or less to one elementary teacher/class
We had an incident occur yesterday. One user was able to make a mass change to the teacher (Insert Selected Students button) . She accidentally placed ALL students into one class: . As you can imagine this caused a ripple effect because of the education systems that automatically sync every 4 hrs (Clever, Seesaw, Peardeck).
Could a warnings be created? Do you want to move ALL students to one teacher/class? Thanks!
