Allow a user to choose to stop receiving a separate confirmation message in a current session to approve pending student documents
Is there a way a user can choose to stop receiving a separate conrfirmation screen when approving pending student documents. If for some reason a document was approved, you can delete it. Don't need that second question and it is time consuming when you have 2000 documents to get through.

Repeat Scores in Transcript TTP Logic
When Transcript TTP (Things To Print) is setup to show "best score" with repeats of the same scores, it will default to show the most recent entry of that score. This may not be the desired score to use, please allow for TTP to look at other factors to determine which of a repeat score (or allow the user to select a specific score) to show on the Transcript.

Update to Online Enrollment Street Address Entry Behavior
When a parent enters a street address that is not found in the street table and clicks "Next," the system currently displays a list of suggested addresses with the first one automatically selected. This behavior may lead to incorrect address submissions, especially if the parent proceeds without realizing the selection.
Requested Changes:
- Do not pre-select any suggested addresses when the list is displayed.
- Add a radio button option labeled "None of the addresses above apply" to allow parents to explicitly indicate that none of the suggestions are correct.

Currently, there is not a way to query which Academic Course Sequence is assigned to a student. Create a report or query to identify this information.

Student Suffix
In the Suffix field, the drop-down shows JR and SR. We would like them to show Jr. and Sr. instead. We add these to our diplomas and programs each year. We use find and replace each year to fix them.

Auto populate selected Test Settings Accommodations to 504 accommodations
Requesting that Test Settings be auto-populated into the 504 accommodations sections if both exist for the student. This will support accurate reporting and reduce manual entry.

Enhance Attendance Initialization to Support TRM Dates with Staff Development Waiver Minutes
The attendance initialization process does not currently accommodate Teacher Only days with waiver minutes as valid TRM start or end dates. This leads to a conflict where such dates are excluded from reporting entities unless manually adjusted. For PEIMS state reporting, it is critical that any calendar dates contributing to Operational, Instructional, or Waiver minutes are included within both the school calendar range and the begin/end dates of each six-week attendance reporting period.

Contacts Record - Visual Issue with Red Flags
In Dark Mode on the Contacts page, when a user clicks the Red Flag on a Contact record, the flag remains white, providing no visual confirmation of the action until the record is saved. After saving, the Contact Name correctly appears in red. However, upon editing the record again, the Red Flag still displays as white, unlike in Regular Mode where it turns red immediately upon selection.
Workaround: Adding the Chrome Dark Mode extension handles displaying the red flag correctly in edit mode

Include a Summary Count of Attendance Note Code usage on Attendance Page
Add a summary count of Attendance Note code usage - similar to the AL code counts on this page already.
This would be useful for attendance clerks to quickly see how often a particular code has been used for a student.
Specifically, parents are allowed up to 10 excused absences before a doctor's note is required. Any instances in which a doctors note is provided do not count against that 10 allowance. Having the summary count would allow for quick check if the allowance of 10 excused (non-physician noted) has been exhausted.1 vote -
"Pass" pending enrollments to another school within your district.
I would love the ability to send a pending enrollment in my "holding tank" to another school in our district. Our district allows for transfers to other district schools and during enrollment season there is a LOT of movement between schools and a lot of double work since enrollments drop into the school of attendance based on address. It would be fantastic to be able to "pass" a pending enrollment to one of the other schools "holding tank" of pending enrollments.

Able to delete multiple rows of a transcript. This comes in handy when a student middle school transcript is posted on the high school transcript and the registrar needs to delete each row individually one by one.

Enhance SBG Report Card Selection – Replace “ALL” Option with Grade‑Level Checkboxes
Enhance the Standards Based Report Card printing options by removing the ALL button and replacing it with selectable grade‑level checkboxes. This would allow users to choose exactly which grade levels to print based on the layouts configured in Standards Based Options, instead of relying on the system to determine layout consistency.
Using checkboxes would:
Allow users to easily select all grade levels that share the same Standards Based layout.
Prevent printing report cards for grade levels outside the school’s configured grade span.
Avoid printing report cards for grades that contain no student data.
