  1. Add Attendance Based Grades field to Grades Page

    Enhance the Grades page to include the ability to edit the Attendance Based Grade (GRD.ABG) field directly on the page. This will streamline the grading workflow by allowing users to make updates without switching pages so that the Attendance Based Grades page should be used exclusively for the initial assessment following each semester.

  2. Ed-Fi Staff Ed Org Assignment Association

    Please update the logic to exclude Staff records based from the Staff Ed Org Assignment Association, if the Staff End Date is before the current school year and the Staff record is inactive. The Staff School Association entity seems to exclude these inactive staff members, but they are all included in the Staff Ed Org Assignment Association which creates a lot of unnecessary errors.

  3. Add more information to the stakeholder selection in 504 plan to differentiate between employees with the same name

    The dropdown for selecting stakeholders lists only first name and last name and person type, if two staff members have the same name they are listed identically. This dropdown needs more information such as middle name, primary school, staff id number, etc, so as to better enable differentiation between employees in the list.

  5. Academic Plan - Sort Courses Like Graduation Status

    Academic Plan does not place course like the graduation status would do. Once a course fulfills an required subject area i.e.10 credits required for Fine Arts the first course should be applied to Fine Arts but any additional fine arts classes should be placed under electives.

    In other words Subject 2, 3, 4 and 5 logic should be used to correctly mimic the graduation status. Otherwords, the planner is highly misleading for students. There is no "plan" if the plan is incorrectly sorting graduation requirements, it really defeats the purpose of the "Planner" if it is incorrect.

  6. Sort Substitute Aeries Teacher Accounts by teacher name

    Currently, when creating multiple sub teacher accounts at once, the report is sorted by Staff ID number instead of name. Add option to sort the report by teacher name for ease of sorting pages for distribution once printed.

  8. Improve grade notifications

    Currently, notifications dont include what was the total score possible, so simply knowing that student scored X is not helpful. Knowing that the student scored X out of Y is more useful.

    This is what notifications come through for me, through parent square:

    An Assignment Mark Threshold has been reached for *** ZZZZZZ. Assignment Test 6 is currently receiving a mark of 30, in Period - Geom CC.

    How many total marks is the mark 30 out of???

  9. Gradebook - Honor track dates instead of default school term dates

    Currently when a school has tracks, the gradebooks only go by the dates for the default school term. This makes it difficult for teachers whose track ends after the default school track end date as it puts assignments in the gradebook for the next term. So, they end up having put in fake dates, which causes issues and confusion for students and parents in the portal and makes things confusing for teachers as well. It would be great if the gradebooks honored the dates of the track associated with the section that the gradebook is linked to.

  10. CAPSDAC Staff Extract: Adjust ClassroomAssignments field for Classroom Aides to use the primary teacher's Classroom Assignment number.

    When aides are included on the Master Schedule, the CAPSDAC Staff Extract assigns them to unique classroom codes that do not exist in the Classroom Extract. This causes validation errors during CAPSDAC submissions. Aides should inherit the same classroom assignment as their associated teacher from the Master Schedule to ensure consistency across extracts and prevent manual corrections.

  11. Parent Data Confirmation - Parent ability to copy shared info between students

    When parent is completing DATA CONFIRMATION they should have the option to copy all contacts, family info, and income to all their other students at the same time. Not have to do one at a time. So when they move on to the other child, they would only only need to finish stu info, insurance authorization. Saving lots of time for parents with multiple students

    At this time, when creating a new Section in the Flex SMS Board, some Course information is not auto-populated for the Section. Please enhance this feature so the same Course information that is populated when using the Scheduling Master Schedule page is populated when using the Flex SMS Board.

  15. Medications page for Weekly meds and link to Daily Medical Log page

    Our health techs would like the "Medications" page to have the option to enter meds that are required once a week (and not just as needed or various times during a day) and then this should show up in the Daily Medical Log page when the particular day occurs. For example, stu 12345 needs albuterol every Wed before PE class. So on Mon Tues Thur Fri, the Daily Medical Log will not show stu 12345. However on Wed, the Daily Medical Log will show stu 12345 as an entry.

  16. High School Graduation Status Report Not Calculating Correctly

    Query data from the HSG table is in correct, specifically the enrolled credits. It will show that students are enrolled in 0 credits despite being enrolled in a full set of classes. Apparently after working this through with Aeries support, you have to run the "Graduation Status List" report first by school in order for credits enrolled to accurately show once you run the query. This is time consuming and unpractical. Can we have a mass update button similiar to CCI, Graduation Progress Dashboard etc.?

  17. Online enrollment homeless - Inconsistent process from Parent Data Confirmation

    As we are implementing more of the digital enrollment processes, Online Enrollment and Parent Data Confirmation we are STUGGLING with process inconsistencies.

    It is very hard to have the Online Enrollment process function differently than the Parent Data Confirmation process. HOW can we have a consistent procedure / process to accurately process submitted data from parents.

    For example the Online Enrollment - AUTOMATICALLY adds a PGM record based upon the Residence Survey.
    Where as the Parent Data Confirmation creates a Residence Survey Audit record for staff to review and approve.

    Many time the parents are uploading documents that aren't labeled. Is it possible for Aeries to assign a title to the document provided based on the field it is uploading it to? This would save so much time.
