Limit gpa calculation and rank to one configuration on transcript
We recently adopted a new gpa calculaton for our students who started their freshman year in 2024-2025. Transcipts for those students are showing the new and old gpa calculation on the transcipt page, but the rank that prints on the transcript is the rank from the previous gpa configuration and not the new one.

Records Requests Manager - Mass Generate Requests
It would be nice if we could generate Records Requests (in Records Request Manager) in mass, by using a keep query for example. We have most of our 8th graders exiting and moving to our high school next year, so we send all their records to the high school. Right now we have to go in and make an Exiting Student Records Request for each student, one by one, even though they're going to the same place.

Mobile App: Prevent saving feedback records with blank/whitespace comments
The mobile app currently allows feedback submissions where the Comment field contains only whitespace, as long as a category is selected. Enhance validation to prevent saving feedback records when the comment is empty or whitespace-only.

Security - User Accounts - add the option to enter start and end dates for each school when assigning schools for Users
Often times, we have Users that fill in at other sites (clerical office staff, Health Techs, etc.) and need access to that school for a few weeks. It would be very helpful to be able to enter a start and end date in School Access for the period of time staff members can have access to that school rather than having to try and remember when to open and close the access.

Copy Grades to Transcripts - Add Options to Exclude Select Courses
In the middle school setting, some Courses may not be preferred for inclusion on the Transcript. Add options to the Copy Grades to Transcript process that allow users to exclude selected Courses from being copied to the Transcript based on their preferences.

Add the option to lock sections when using Mass Change or Add Course Requests
When mass adding a specific section for a group of students, it would be helpful to have a box/field for locking the section on the SSS page, rather than having to do each one individually or do a change query, which our users do not have access to.

Add the option to stack the "use this group" filter in student groups
Sometimes we have the need to query based on multiple students groups. I know there is a way to run a KEEP filter based on Group ID numbers but it would be helpful if the "Use this group" button did that for us. Please add the option to "Use this group" multiple times thus allowing a "stacking" of keeping group IDs by way of that "Use this group" button.

iOS Mobile App: Courses on the Grades Tab Display Out of Chronological Order at Flex Scheduling Schools
What is happening now:
When parents or students at a Flex scheduling school log into the iOS Aeries Mobile App and navigate to the Grades tab, courses appear in the wrong order. Instead of displaying by class start time, the iOS app sorts courses by an internal sequence number that reflects the order Flex Periods were created in the system, not when they actually occur in the day. This means a class that meets at 8:00 AM may appear below a class that meets at 10:00 AM. The Android app does not have this issue and displays courses in the…1 vote -

On the home page under Attendance Summary have option to add and view Days Independent Complete - Days Independent Study Incomplete - Days Suspended - Days In School Suspension

TX Senior Preliminary Class Rank Listing Report– Show Full GPA When Value is 100 or Above
When printing the Senior Preliminary Class Rank Listing report, any student with a GPA of 100 or greater has their decimal digits cut off — for example, a GPA of 100.1234 prints as simply "100." This makes the report inaccurate for schools using weighted or alternative GPA scales where values can reach or exceed 100. Please display the full decimal values on this report.

Change ADS.DT to 'Incident date' in ADS record
Change the wording for ADS.DT to either "Incident Date" or "Date of Incident" in the Assertive Discipline record. It just saying "Date" confuses admin into thinking that it's the date they entered the record and not the date the incident occurred on.

Performance acknowledgement codes would be easier to search if in alpa order or if number order was not broken up by sets of codes.

CA Ed-Fi: Include Student Cumulative GPA Data in the StudentAcademicRecord Sync
The Cumulative GPA data element is not currently included in the StudentAcademicRecord Ed-Fi entity. Please add this element to the entity so we can use this for reporting and creating dashboards.

Allow districts to set SSO by default for login page
Districts that have adopted SSO as the primary method of login for admins, staff, and students we should be able to set the page that appears when clicking "Sign in with SSO" as the default login landing page.

Support CSU Direct Admissions (SB 640) – Data Export / Eligibility Classification
California Senate Bill 640 establishes the California State University (CSU) Direct Admissions Program, which will require districts to provide student academic data to support CSU admission determinations. CSU and CCGI have not yet released technical or logistical guidance (e.g., data specifications, eligibility calculations, or submission process) for SIS vendors or districts.
This idea is to track potential Aeries support for CSU Direct Admissions once official requirements are published.3 votes -
Create a district wide option for supplemental attendance so that we can capture EXLP off site 3rd party attendance.
Under state rules, Attendance Recovery may be claimed for any qualifying day between July 1 and June 30 of the school year. Incoming pre-enrolled TK students are not enrolled until school begins, often in mid-August, and Supplemental Attendance will not allow time entry for dates before a student's enrollment begins. As a result, Attendance Recovery time cannot be recorded in Aeries for the period between July 1 and the student's enrollment date. A solution is needed so districts can capture Attendance Recovery time for incoming students who qualify before they are formally enrolled.

Allow Dual Enrollment Indicator to Print on Transcript
We have the ability to show a course character of dual enrollment on a course on the transcrip but we would like to show this as well on the printed transcript.

Provide a demo database or queries to establish one so that staff can create training materials
As Aeries has removed the demo instance with randomized data, districts require a method to create bespoke training materials on their own, such as covering specific processes and methods of using and interacting with Aeries within the district. Such training materials must not include FERPA protected information, thus the requirement for a "demo" or "training" sandbox with non-student data, eg the Screaming Eagle schools in the now removed demo instance of Aeries.
