  1. Early Childhood Development Form - Populate fields that are collected from the Early Childhood Development page

    When certain fields are updated on the ECD page, have those fields prepopulate to the EESD-9600 Form when available.

  2. Auto populate intervention in discipline to pre-referral tab

    I have received many requests from teachers to auto populate interventions entered in discipline to auto populate into pre-referral intervention. Currently our teachers are doing double documentation entering in discipline and also pre-referral.

  4. Parent Portal > Data Confirmation > Homeless Liaison

    Having the ability to add multiple contacts is great, since each school has their own liaison. However, separating the names, phone numbers, emails with a comma presents a confusing view (see attached).

    Suggestions:
    Multiple fields for multiple liaisons
    Liaison not a root level field (configurable at each school)
    Or at least a text field to configure a comprehensive view

  5. Need more Analytics levels/categories

    Analytics needs more than 5 levels or categories. For example, when trying to create a dashboard for grade levels I have to group the grades so it's all included but then the data becomes irrelevant because I need it by grade and not grade group.

    Another example is Race/Ethnicity. There are not enough levels to list every race separately. I know there is the Race/Ethnicity dashboard under LCAP but I am trying to make things easier for our staff by having one dashboard (Enrollment and Subgroup) they can navigate to since so many already find analytics not user-friendly.

  6. Dental - Changing Typed Fields to Drop Boxes

    Under Dental (and other areas as well), an option to change the typed field (Follow Up for example) to a dropdown box with certain selections such as "Parent Notified", "Scheduled" or "Received Care". It keeps it clean and helps for state reporting so we can run accurate queries without having to filter through words used.

  10. Automatically Assign Students to Loss of Privilege Based on Student Data Factors

    Hello,

    Our high school would like to see if development could occur on an automated way that would review various metrics of attendance, student data etc to flag students that would be on a loss of privilege status. This status is used to accurate know if students can participate in extracurricular activities. Right now they have to run a report on students and review their metrics manually then apply this status to students.

  11. Add row numbers adjacent to names in Teacher App (Attendance)

    Adjacent to the names of the students in the attendance recording portion of the Teacher App, I would appreciate a simple number. For example, next to the first name is the #1, second name is #2, etc.

  12. Letter in Aeries for Intra/Inters

    I would like to create a letter in Aeries for our Inter/Intra parents. I would like it to be custom to populate the following, pulling these numbers from Aereis according to the student under an intra/inter district transfer.

    number of absences
    number of tardies
    % of attendance
    number of discipline incidents

    It would be similar to the absence / attendance letters that we mail weekly.

    Would we be able to set this up?

    Here is what I am working with at the moment, but I feel there is more of an efficient way to input this information if we already…

  13. Query ADA by Subgroups

    Be able to query ADA by subgroups such as foster/homeless, socio-economic, Hispanic, EL, etc. Currently, the information on the ADA report are calculations occurring to add up the total ADA values, and is not something we can query. The information from the Monthly Attendance Summary is not queryable, as it is calculations performed only for the report, and is not stored in any table

  15. CCGI Extract - Course Level mapping options

    Currently, the CCGI Extract page only lets you map HIS and SEC by terms. We have unique courses that need to be mapped individually, so it would be nice for the extract to somehow allow for more flexible mapping of the WIP and Terms being sent to CCGI.

    Example - We are a Trimester-based Scheduling school, but the courses are technically "Semester" length courses (earning 5 credits). This means many of the T2 sections of courses can either be considered S1 or S2; however, the extract only allows to map it to one or the other.

  18. Analytics - Add an indicator to pull completion data from the data confirmation page

    To be able to create a dashboard to show the percent of student that have completed the data confirmation- this helps when reviewing which school may require more help/support when trying to get a higher engagement for PDC

  19. Fee Letter - Remove from Navigation Tree at the District Level or allow the report to be printed at the District Level

    At this time, Fee Letters can only be printed at the school level. When attempting to run them at the District level, the report returns an error. Please remove the Fee Letter from the Navigation Tree at the District level or allow the report to complete successfully when run at the District level
