Print ID Cards - add the ability to add suicide hotline and crisis numbers in accordance with a new state law.

Parent data Confirmation To Be Able To Edit Confirmation Email That Gets Sent To Parents
To have the option to edit the email that goes to parents after completing Parent Data Confirmation. It is hardcoded, however they would like to be able to edit the message.

Smart Search Bar
When creating substitute teacher accounts, I wish there was a search bar where I could start typing a name and the list would decrease based on that information.

Copy Counselor (STU.CNS) Name
When students are copied from their regular school to a summer school or another school, the Counselor field (STU.CNS) is now cleared.
Will there eventually be an option that allows us to roll the counselor with the student when copying to other schools. Our counselors stay the same from our traditional HS to Summer School.

In Authorizations a check Box for the AUT.TY, AUT.ST and AUT.CD fields
When entering Authorizations for a student from the Admin portal, use a check box for the AUT.TY, AUT.ST and AUT.CD fields that quickly can be marked for each appropriate grade-level permission. The permissions should be visible in a quick list view that can be marked appropriately as a parent/guardian views in the Parent Portal/Parent Data Conformation view. The AUT.DT and AUT.SDT should default to the current date but can also be changed by the Admin user that is updating this information.

Show the query of all reports
Please show the query that is used for each report at the bottom, so that if we need to run a keep/skip or adjust the data, we can do so from the query table.

Color Code on Assignment Type when viewing on Scores by Class
Now that you can view the Assigment type on the Scores by Class - color code them with a color - yellow/green blue/yellow. Anything to make the view easier on Scores by Class.

Roster Reports cut off long student names
The Class Roster, attendance roster and Honor Roll report cut off names of students who have long names for users and teachers.

Staff ID Based SMS/MST ( non flex ) - Ability to add placeholder teachers
We would like a way to create sections that do not have a teacher associated on the SMS / a teacher that has not been added to STF.
Many times our HR department is running behind, so we need to be able to schedule nearly completely and then just update the teacher STF.ID in the SMS/ MST.
If there is a way to highlight these sections that would be great.

Placeholder image for photos
When a student photo does not exist, instead of the Seating Chart in the Attendance by Photo screen showing a broken image icon (because it is, imo, malformed HTML (a bug!)) load a static placeholder image.

Is invalid HTML, the source is not complete because it contains no actual data, eg an image of 0 length. Detect this state when building your base64 insert into the HTML and substitute in the placeholder when LEN = 0 for the data pulled from PIC.

Add "Approved Document Requests" to the Data Confirmation report
Really, parent data confirmation is not complete for us until all documents are uploaded and approved. It would be nice to see that docs are either approved or pending in the Data Confirmation report.

Scheduling using the "show available periods" Screen
Schedulers would benefit tremendously by being able to select courses/sections based on the grid availability directly on the "show available periods" screen rather than grabbing from the SMS/MST list. The ability to see them is awesome, but wondering if we have the ability to select directly from that view that I haven't found yet.
If we can click on the circle and it would select that section, that would save countless hours of searching the SMS and waiting for the Sort/Filter function at each step.3 votes -
District ATT Letters - Limit Contacts
Currently, Dist ATT Letters get sent digitally to STU.PEM, CON.EM if Portal Access = Y, and if duplicate mail tag = A. We no longer update STU.PEM. We see the need to only send emails to CON records who are either tagged as primary contacts or ed rights holders, or rellationship type = parent 1 or parent 2. That way other emergency contacts that have portal access also do not get sent the email.

Ability for Rubric scores to import from Google into the Aeries Gradebook
The aeries/google integration does not work properly with "rubric" grades (which is what we use in order to use a 4 point system). We would like the assignments and scores to port over from classroom to aeries seamlessly. Right now we have to open aeries and change EVERY assignment, EVERY time we do an import, to a rubric assignment.

Move Attendance Remaining Students Button
When requiring the teacher to click on Remaining Students are Present Button, the button is all the way to the right. With IS the page has now become wider and teachers have to scroll over.
Please move the button over to the left side of the screen or at least center of the page.1 vote
