Grades / Report Card - Allow freeform teacher comments
On the grades page, teachers would like the option to type in their own freetext comments, not limited to dropdown. This should apply to both Secondary Standards Based Grades as well as traditional Secondary Grades.

This is a highly sought after request please allow this ASAP.

This is particularly important for secondary SBG as a narrative description of how a student is progressing towards various standards is necessarily customized.

There are only three positive comments in report cards right now. More positive comments regarding effort and improvement would be appreciated. Better yet, giving the option to put a customized comment would be even better.
