For CTE pathways such as 111 - Design, Visual, and Media Arts, there are 4 different sub pathways that schools can have. But in the setup there is only code 111 not 111A, 111B, … So I can only setup one of my pathways at a time. Then I have to delete it and put in the courses for the next pathway, process the students, repeat... It would be nice if the sub-pathway codes were available for use so that they could all be setup at the same time and did not require me to re-set them up every year. (Pathways 111,112, and 113 are the main ones I have issues with.)

There is not a great option to identify which students are at penalty for "engagement" which we are recording in the attendance notes columns. Please consider options including how we might 1) identify that a student might be at penalty and 2) run reports to identify infractions. If you allow teachers to select a box at the top of the column to indicate that activity type was prescribed that day, an unmarked box would indicate penalty and would help be pulled into a count of non-engagement. We have the ability to pinpoint significant attendance issues but not engagement issues. Please consider.

Our District and Parents are struggling with ParentSquare.

The biggest pain-point is ParentSquare contact syncing from Aeries Contacts.

Background
ParentSquare’s ‘hidden’ logic will deny updates/changes if their is a matching phone or email for multiple contacts. Parents ( and our offices ) call confused since the data is in Aeries Contacts for a single student and looks correct. They have limited ability to self-solve this problem, since they are trying to jump through pages comparing each student record in a family.

What we would like to see

Aeries Contacts - Ability for a parent to edit contacts for all of their student’s at once. This could be accomplished by adding a button to ‘edit all linked students’ in their Parent Portal. Ultimately we would like to parents to always edit based on STU.FK and PWA.AID / PWS.AID number.

ParentSquare Status Panel - A form in Aeries ParentPortal/UserPortal to show what information is syncing to ParentSquare by: STU.ID and PWA.EM. This will help ideally self-solve contact record issues. Ideally there is some handshake between ParentSquare and Aeries to ensure the data follows the ParentSquare Logic.

Aeries Contact Workflow Form - A form that a parent or office can use to step through adding / correcting / removing a syncing contact to ParentSquare.

Many schools use Schoology now, and while Aeries allows you to grade multiple standards in one assignment with individual scores, in Schoology - you can only add one rubric per assignment and then each row gets added together. So if you have a 4pt rubric with 3 rows it will send Aeries 12 points for that assignment. This not only doesn't line up with most people's rubric configurations in Aeries but it also muddles the scores for each standard into one final score so students and teachers can't track progress on individual skills. I did ask Schoology to see if they can fix it on their side, but in case they don't, it would be great if perhaps there was something that could be done on the Aeries side? or collaborate to fix it? Thank you!

On the new Weekly Instructional Minutes certification screen it would be great if you could add two fuctions.

1. Mass Check all as Full - 99.9% of the time teachers are selecting Full, so it would be great if there was a way to do that in mass. Then if a teacher needed to change one to Other, they could manually do so.

2. Instead of having to click the "Save and Certify" button for each section for each week, it would be nice if there was a "Save and Certify All" button that would complete all sections that were displayed, that had been updated by the teacher.
