Mass Add Student-Related Data - Allow Import to GATE table
Currently for Mass Add Student Related Data - For GATE Records you can only add students to Special Programs table, not the new GATE table (GTE). Please add this functionality.

Grades / Report Card - Allow freeform teacher comments
On the grades page, teachers would like the option to type in their own freetext comments, not limited to dropdown. This should apply to both Secondary Standards Based Grades as well as traditional Secondary Grades.

Aeries Communications Report
Please add a report that shows which parents don't have Aeries Communications. The report in Signal Kit doesn't include school.

Highlight Primary Contact Records and Sort to top of page
The records on the Contacts page should be sorted with "Primary Contact" records at the top of the list.
Also there should be some additional visual distinction to highlight the record. ( Green/yellow box around Primary Contacts , red box around flagged contacts ).
The goal is to have more visual distinction.

Analytics - Add Resources/Assets tables (DRT, DRI, and DRA)
it would be phenomenal to be able to have dashboards of staff/students who have checked out assets like chromebooks, hotspots, laptops, etc. Also be able to have the opposite; for example dashboards of students that don't have assets checked out. The dashboard options would be by site, school, teacher, and class.

District Assets - Separate Types of Assets
Right now our technology assets are in the same pool with textbooks assets. It would be better if they were split so librarians can only have access to textbooks instead of technology assets as well.

Gradebook Assignments by Student report - Add Email to Student option
Currently the Print Gradebook Assignments by Student report can be emailed to parents and I would like to request that this report also have the option to Email Students.

Custom Bell Schedules - Bell scheduler needs an option to allow us to enter a custom bell schedule that can be quickly copy to other school.
When entering a Custom Bell Schedule, it would be nice to copy it to each school where we want that same Bell Schedule to be listed in a "Key". I had to do the same (4) Custom Bell schedules for all high schools and it required that I add them each time, for each school. It would also help if we could click on a date range to apply the schedule to since we have had to use custom bell schedules for a longer time period this year due to virtual learning.

Teacher Attendance Page - Option to Limit by Student Fields
We have already separated all of the Blended Learners into cohort A/B. We are currently using the STU.AP1 field to tag which cohort they are in. This field will show up in the teacher attendance screen and many of the attendance reports. It would be extremely helpful to the teachers if there could be a filter option for this field (similar to the date and period) .

Attendance Letter to Parents: honor CON.CL if printing to CON record who receives copy
When the Attendance Letter to Parents is printed to a contact, the letter prints in English. If a contact who receives a copy has a correspondence language (CON.CL) other than English and a letter exists for that language, the letter should print in that language.

Add the CTE (Career Technical Education) standards to the standards based grading features.

Late Assignments % of total score
Allow teachers to set flags on assignments that they create. Some teachers will create the following
1 Day Late which is worth 90% of total score
2 Day Late which is worth 60% of total score
3 Day Late which is worth 50% of total score
This way if a teacher enters the actual score, the student will see what he/she would have received had it not been marked late. It makes kids and parents see the potential of the student if a little time management is used. It is a common feature in other SIS and it would be…2 votes -
