Financial Transactions show details
It would be nice to be able to see the details of paid and balance adjusted transactions. When a fee is balance adjust it just shows paid. This is confusing because it is not paid it is adjusted or waived.

Add Default Data to Vision and Hearing Mass Add Medical Test Page:

3. Far - 20/ No Glasses Right Left--add "20" to boxes Right, Left, and Both under No Glasses
Hearing fields to be added to the Mass Add
1. Sweep Right Left-add "P" under sweep in both Right and Left box
2. Case Type- add No Problem
3. Right: 250, 500, 1000, 2000, 4000, 6000, 8000-in box under 1000, 2000,and 4000 add "25"
4. Left: 250, 500, 1000, 2000, 4000, 6000, 8000 -same as Right7 votes

There is a way to currently to do this with the Mass Add Student Related data functionality. You may need to discuss with your Aeries Administrator at your district as you may not have access to this functionality.

Please allow "Parent Data Confirmation" to be used to create a Dynamic Group for ParentSquare. Currently, my sites have to run the report to find students missing data confirmaton, capture the student IDs, then create a static list in ParentSquare.....Then repeat these steps another day....

Student Portal: Allow Students to Enter Colleges
We would like students to be able to enter the colleges they would like transcripts sent to in the student portal. Then the registrar would like to have the ability to run a report that would then generate all of those transcripts.

Add username or parent name to Data Confirmation Log
It would be great, for auditing purposes, to add a username or parent name field in the Data Confirmation Log table.
Right now we can only see table name and date/time of the update, but not WHO updated it during PDC.

The ability to add multiple responsible stakeholder in the 504 plan in the accommodations area per accommodation
In the 504 plan you have to add the same accommodation several times if you want more than one responsible stakeholder for that accommodation. The ability to add multiple stakeholders to a single accommodation would be helpful and save a little time.

Attendance by Photo - Seating Chart - reuse seating chart from prior term
We no longer use Year long terms. We now use the Next Course field in Courses to auto create our Spring classes.
However the issue we have is that instead of only having one section that runs for the whole year with no changes to the Attendance by Photo it creates a Fall section plus a new section for Spring.
We do understand that the section number provides the students for the Attendance by Photo form. However this has created a very large amount of double work for our Teachers after the Spring break. They now have to return from…

Need to have a way to setup different Grading Periods for Quarter/Semester/Year classes to assist with grading scenarios where Grading Periods in a school with Fall and Year sections have an average grade for the Fall sections and different average grade for Year

Limit the type of Transcripts teachers can print
We would like to see if can limit the type of transcripts that teachers can print to only UnOfficial Transcripts. We're just trying to ensure that student data is properly protected, used, and managed. The security of transcripts is very important and our school sites Counseling offices are the only ones that should be able to print official versions.

Update layout/fields of the Absence Verification Worksheet
In PowerSchool, we had a report called the Absentee Report. It is similar to the Absence Verification Worksheet but with more fields. These additional fields are very useful when using this worksheet as a tool to verify absences. Here are my ideas:
Remove the Parent/Guardian signature (is this really used considering this is a secretary tool?)
Add a "Talked to" line
Add a "Relationship" line
Add a "Verify Date:" line

Allow previously enrolled students to be found on Records Request Manager page
When you "Add Exiting Student Records Request" the student search does not include previously enrolled students from prior years. However, this is exactly for whom these type of records are being requested. Please allow the search to include students with any year ENR record for that school so record requests can be added for students that have left the Cumulative Folder owning school.

Would be very useful when parents are divorced to have both names listed in separate fields.

Scheduling Letter Text Editor
The editor allows only one letter to be saved. Trying to add an additional letter triggers the 'Letter ID must start with "Schedule"' error message, even if it does meet that criterion. For example, Schedule Spanish, Schedule 20-21.
