Our school currently uses DocuSign to have the teachers verify their weekly attendance reports. It would be nice to be able to have the teachers verify and sign their weekly attendance through Aeries and have a record of their signed reports in one place rather than over different data systems. Ideally, there'd be a way to have a pop-up notification that opens when the teachers log into Aeries that reminds them to sign the report once its been generated by the Attendance Coordinator. I think being able to generate the Weekly ATT Reports and run reports on who hasn't submitted all in the same place would be helpful especially because administrators and other designated personnel could be able to view those reports without needing to share it.
