Print work permits in mass
Ability to print all work permits at one school site, instead of having to print one by one. Or at least a report with all active work permits per site. Department of Labor requires a report of all active work permits.

Gradebook to SBG - Add button to select just the current teacher's gradebooks
The Load Grades from Gradebook feature for elementary schools with a master schedule displays all teachers in the list and limits the number of gradebooks being displayed. This is causing some teachers to not be able to import all of their gradebooks. Would like to add a button that limits the gradebooks displayed for importing into Standard Based Grades to only show the current teacher's gradebook(s).

Event Log - Aeries NET
Have Aeries.NET log to the Event Log on the System, similar to how AeriesReporting and Aeries Online Registration do so that more detailed logs could be accessed rather than relying on the on-screen error messages and IIS logs.

Allow Code Categories to Control Visibility
For the PGM, INV, ADS and other "multi-function" screens, it would be very useful to have the available codesets filtered by which codes are chosen.
Some interventions might have different results than others, for example, or different Services or other codes might be relevant to different programs.

PDC Always show student name and allow Parent to edit like an Address Change
In PDC, the Student name fields should be like the Address, where a parent can change the address, but is notified that the change will not actually happen, an email will be sent to the school.

Address History - Include Grid Code and Residence School
In order to track student movement and boundary changes, it would be very useful if the grid code and residence schools were included in the address history table.

Allow parents to belong to different portal groups in order to have different permissions or allow a different portal group for each grade level so permissions can be customized by grade.

New Reports to Analyze Family Data
Would like the ability to run report that show total families for District and each school site, and relational family data based on family keys assigned.
Would also like to have reports that show the relationship of families from one school to another. For example, a report from School 5 that shows there are 20 families in School 5 that have siblings in School 1, and 15 families in School 5 that have siblings in School 2, etc.

Financials/Fees from Other Districts
Some of our Fees are not intended to be collected. Specifically, fees which represent balances at other districts. We have to enter those so we know to check with the other district before graduating a student, but we cannot collect payments for those fees.
I want to request an option to mark a record in Financials as not allowed to be paid.1 vote -
Trigger any form based on choosing a Status
As the current system allows you to specify a specific status tag to trigger the summer withdrawal form, it would be nice if we could chose a status tag to trigger any arbitrary form, especially custom tables.
In our case, I'd like to trigger a custom "displaced" form if a student is set to a specific status code.

Data Validations - Add a “Pinned” Indicator on Non-Refreshable Validations
Currently the ability to refresh validations occurs at the group level.
However not all validations within a group may be marked as "User Can Refresh". This would be confusing to a user who refreshes after addressing the non-refreshable validation issues.
My suggestion would be to add a thumbtack glyph to the validation header bar with rollover text that states something to the effect of “these validation results are pinned by the system administrator”.

Control population of the Next ResSchl Field
Need more control over populating the Next ResSchl field
Currently we control what options are available in the Next Schl field via COD table : STU.NS.
The COD : STU.NS list includes our 'traditional' schools (Not ASP, Summer, other 'paper' schools) as well as the High Schools we are feeders for.
However, the Next ResSchl seems to ONLY be populated from the LOC table... which is problematic for a few reasons:
1) The options don't match the options in Next School
2) The options don't include commonly needed values (the resident High Schools of 8th graders)
3) The options include…

Online Enrollment - Add Student Date of Birth to Completed Enrollment email sent to Staff
We would like the email notification of completed enrollments that are sent to staff from Online Enrollment to include the student’s Date of Birth. Currently, it is only sending a name and we see potential issues when multiple students share common names in our district.

Class Rosters - Please Add Student Grade Level Filter
When running Class Rosters, there is no option to filter by Grade.

Analytics Dashboard Groups in list of Dashboards
Allow custom dashboards to be organized into groups in the dashboard list. For example more than just "My Dashboards" and "Shared Dashboards". Have dashboards groups like: Grades Dashboards, Attendance Dashboards, and have the ability to place dashboards into those groups.
