When a user starts a record but does not click save, record is created in database but not displaying in UI - CNF/ADS
If the user is entering a counseling note or an ADS record, warn the user before leaving the screen to avoid losing work. They might click on Discipline or another screen while in edit mode before they click save and this causes the work to be lost. Clicking on another screen before selecting SAVE or Cancel in Assertive Discipline (ADS) or Counseling (CNF) will generate an empty blank record so a warning message would benefit for this situation.
