Data Validation - US School K-12 Date Validation
Give error upon entering a K-12 date that does not fall within the student's K-12 Grade level based upon DOB. Correcting these dates is exceedingly time consuming and the first time its entered should trigger warnings. This should be managed on the Student Demographics page.

Attendance Letter to Parents: honor CON.CL if printing to CON record who receives copy
When the Attendance Letter to Parents is printed to a contact, the letter prints in English. If a contact who receives a copy has a correspondence language (CON.CL) other than English and a letter exists for that language, the letter should print in that language.

Add Search Filter to Permissions Table
Rather than asking our users to do a CTRL+F to locate a permission table from the long list of permissions, consider adding a search filter so that the customer can quickly navigate to the table and apply the permissions.

Aeries Financials - allow mass deleting of fees
Mass delete fees that are not paid by certain dates OR fees with expiration dates. The ability to mass add a fee, such as chromebook insurance is great, but we need a way to limit the window for purchase so students only have 3 weeks to buy then have it be self deleted or marked inactive. WHY? become some fees do have limited windows to purchase and would help sites maintain a clean fee list and not frighten parents who see "oh no i owe money for X" when they log into pay a book late fee.

Student name also listed on side of transcript
Our sites would like the ability to also print the student's name on the lower right side of the transcript so that when they file it, they can easily read the student's name. Currently, they are printing a label and attaching it to the transcript which is time consuming.

Create a Report Detailing Students Early Warning Points
From Analytics we can get the student name and total # of points but not the details. Many of the administrators would like to be able to generate a report that lists these details of how a student reached the total points. Please create a report similar to the Student Indicator Details page that lists students with the early warning points that they have earned for each indicator.

Missing Mark Report needs to be modified for missing "Required" grade fields
The report needs to be modified so it is easier to read when using the Portal Option "Required" fields. If printing the missing Required Field, the report should also print the mark populated.

Street Address Management should allow mass updating of NRS field
I have a middle school site (SMS) who has many 8th graders that will feed into two different High schools. The Next school field is not populated correctly for over 400 of her 8th grade students. I would like to mass populate it to show the correct high school (546 or 556) where the student's record should roll into based on the student's current address. Also ability to mass populate school of residence.

Online Enrollment Admin - School Email Address Edit
In Online Enrollment Admin when entering email addresses for the school notification, it would be nice to be able to edit that field once it has been saved rather than having to delete the record and added it again updated.

Allow Scheduling Exclusions Prior to Initializing Scheduling
It would be great to add certain scheduling exclusions prior to initializing scheduling (ie ensure two students should never be scheduled together or making sure a student never takes a class a certain period etc.) Certain items like these come up throughout the year and not just when scheduling is occurring.

Filter on Students for Printing Transcripts
From Trainers: When printing transcripts you cannnot filter for students. If you select the Grade Level option, it prints for all students in the grade level. We need to be able to find students and select student more efficiently so that we can print transcripts from the College Request Page. When the Print Transcripts button is selected, the user is re-directed to the Transcript Report Page - if you have 2000 students at a high school, you are required to scroll through the student list to select specific students to print the transcript for the college. Online Enrollment Import Page - Add a "Verified" field
A "verified" check box and/or comment field on Online Enrollment Import Page (before importing) would be useful to keep track of enrollments who have completed the document uploads and the enrollment information correctly and the student is ready to be imported to Aeries.

Allow non-teachers the ability to create and manage Gradebook Templates
Currently in order to modify gradebook templates, the user must be a teacher tied to a section in order to manage and create gradebook templates.
