Create a new table to store student's Free and Reduced information, similar to the FRE table. This separate table will store records from the different imports available in Aeries: Parent Data Confirmation, NSLP Import, Direct Cert, etc. Provide a management page to define what is the true source.

Can it be possible to have the students use their ID bar code to scan themselves in for attendance, or a teacher scans the student's ID to check them in?

Update Attendance automatically based on Assertive Discipline suspension
When an Admin inputs a suspension within a student's Assertive Discipline, which notates the number of days the student is suspended and what dates, is there a way to make that automatically populate "S" as the all-day attendance code in that student's attendance? The student's attendance isn't always updated that day for suspensions. Then an attendance notification will out to the parent asking why the student was absent which would have been because they were suspended.

Online Enrollment - Enable by School Site
I would love it if we were able to turn on On-line Enrollment site by site. Our High School would like to enable 23/24 On-line Enrollment now however the other school sites in our district are not ready, so the High School has to wait.

Create a way for Districts to exclude External Identity Provider accounts from the MFA/DUO process.
Use Cases may include:
1. District uses Azure AD which prompts them for Microsoft Authenticator before allowing the login.
OR
2. District uses Google Sign-in, and requires MFA on their Google Accounts.
They then are required to enter MFA/DUO, which is yet a second time they are asked to do any sort of multifactor authentication1 vote -

Elementary SBG Should Honor Master Schedule Exclude Codes In Flex Scheduling
Some classes need to be excluded from Standards Based Grades. At the secondary level, we use the Exclude Codes on the Master Schedule sections to exclude sections from Grades. At the elementary level, tagging a section with the "Exclude from Grades" or "Exclude from Attendance And Grades" codes do not remove those sections from Standards Based Grades. Because of this we have to run skip queries to skip students in those sections when running standards based grade report cards.

Allows parents to login to the Parent Portal with Google
We assign each of our parents a school email. It would be wonderful if we could give parents the opportunity to login with google like the students do. This would ensure that all of our parents can login to their portal and allow us to continue our efforts in having a universal sign in method.

SELA Update Module/Page
Add a Module/Page that lists all the TBD status kiddos so that we can work from one page to update the TBDs to EL, RFEP or IFEP. Have it so you update the Language Fluency with a drop down and then insert the Effective Date. The Language Fluency gets pushed to the STU.LF field and based on the Language fluency chosen, the effective date gets populated in the LAC.SD, LAC.RD1, or LAC.IFD appropriately.

TX - Cumulative Class Ranking for Custom GPA
Create new report for Texas that prints cumulative historical class rank, and cumulative rank based on custom district GPA. Decimal points should go out five places. Critical for Texas districts.

Contacts English Only
When a parent types in contacts using the parent data confirmation in another language such as Chinese it does not translate to English for our staff to read. Please either only allow English to be typed into the parent data confirmation or translate it back to English for the schools to read.

The California State Preschool Program (CSPP) contractors are required to identify and report data on children that are dual language learners with the new Family Language Instrument. Consider adding the following Family Language Instrument questions to Aeries:
1) Which language(s) does your child hear at home?
2) Which language(s) does your child hear in their neighborhood and community?
3) Which language(s) does your child understand?

Free and Reduced CALPADS Information to Follow CALPADS FRPM Data Collection: Required Forms for Schools in 2022-23 *changes are due to AB
Create Report options or functions to ensure that students are following the CALPADS FRPM Data Collection: Required Forms for Schools in 2022-23*changes are due to AB 130 (2021-22 budget trailer bill for education) California Universal Meals Program.
Districts are not allowed to lower the students eligibility during the 5 year cycle. Create options that move students into the next year's eligibility to ensure that the district is in compliance with the LCFF requirements as outlined in the attached form.
