Add an automated form of failover to a second source if our firewall is down

Aeries can only be configured with a single LDAP server and does not currently have the capability to use a backup or failover LDAP server. If an outage occurs, the backup server would need to be manually adjusted. Add an automated form of failover to a second source if our firewall is down.
