Add the HIS.CO 'Special Course Title' to Issue Credit screens
When using the Issue Credit feature for sections marked with Alt Ed Scheduling - Please add a field to the 'manually add' pop-up screen - that will populate the HIS.CO 'Special Course Title' when posting to transcripts. We need these course specifics visible on the transcript screen. We use this to show how far along in the course the student reached.

Parent Data Confirmation Translation in Spanish
When logged in with Spanish selected as the language, ensure that all English text displayed during Parent Data Confirmation is fully translated into Spanish—including content on the Insurance page and any code-related terminology.

Option to Import directly from Partial Incomplete - or - the ability to push back to Pending
Many parents don't include all the necessary documents to complete the enrollment process (such as BC, shot record, POR etc). These enrollments will often sit in Pending Import for long period of time while the schools call/email parents re: what is missing.
These incomplete enrollments create much clutter and confusion in the Pending Enrollment list, especially with larger schools/high volumes of enrollments.
In order to clean up their Pending imports list, many schools will set them as partial incomplete but the enrollment gets stuck there because the parents have trouble or forget how to log-in back into their account/password reset…

Barcode for mailing addresses (USPS compliant)
Generate barcode for student's mailing addresses for mailing purposes. One of my registrars just attended a training from USPS and it will allow them to save money on postage if a barcode is generated which is USPS compliant, instead of the actual mailing address itself.
Hopefully if this is implemented, then it is queryable similar to how Aeries is generating a barcode for student id.

Flex-Print students with N or more absences report options. Add total period absences/wide back
Would like to have the option to print wide when using the print students with N or more absences report. This report shows all periods and days. It also has a place to put comments if I want to print the sheet and give it to someone to help make calls. With that option gone, after one week, a student will take a full page.

Co-Teacher identification in different screens
Students can view co-teachers (TCH#2) on the classes and grades screen, but not on the profile, gradebook summary, or printed report cards. Teachers, parents, and students are asking for these screens to be update to view the second teacher (TCH#2).

Class Summary, change Meeting column name to "Other link"
On the Profile page under Class Summary the Meeting column name should be changed to "Other Link" to allow teachers to add a link to their web page to allow parents easy access. With the column named "Meeting", parents would be less likely to use the link.
Having a link to Google Classroom is sort of useless, as parents can't access that link and kid's don't need the link to get to their GC classes. The one-click MAKING of the GC classes is awesome, I just don't know if we need the space dedicated to a link to GC in…1 vote -
Expanding Standards field on Secondary SBG Report Cards
On the Secondary Standards Based Report Cards, there is a single line to list each standard under each course. It would be nice if this space could expand and wrap to multiple lines when standards are long and don't fit. This only would increase the length of the report card, which is variable anyway. You can see in the attached example that a number of standards get cut off, which is not helpful to parents/students.

Absence Code Color Options - Show assigned colors when Printing the Absence Code Table
After assigning the colors to the Update Absence Code Page, it would be nice if we could both print to Excel the codes as well as Show the colors of each code when selecting print.
It would also be very helpful if the color was assigned to the Type of attendance field and populated to all codes that fit the type?

Physical Fitness Test Analysis Report by Student Participation by Category. There needs to be an options to exclude certain inactive tags.
Print Physical Fitness Test Analysis Report by Student Participation by Category. When Include Inactive students is selected, the school counts are including pre-enrolled records. There needs to be an options to exclude certain inactive tags.

Add logic when setting term dates to not allow a date before the start date
When setting terms dates I ran into an issue where I was able to set a term end date that started before the start date. Example Start: 1/10/2024 and End: 1/05/2024. Programming to stop this conflict should be a standard.

Medical Log Start/End time - add the ability to sort the drop down menu by AM or PM/ only allow for selections during valid school hours.
Districts are asking for the ability to sort the start/end times. The drop down menu begins at 12:00 AM
