Co-Teacher identification in different screens
Students can view co-teachers (TCH#2) on the classes and grades screen, but not on the profile, gradebook summary, or printed report cards. Teachers, parents, and students are asking for these screens to be update to view the second teacher (TCH#2).

Class Summary, change Meeting column name to "Other link"
On the Profile page under Class Summary the Meeting column name should be changed to "Other Link" to allow teachers to add a link to their web page to allow parents easy access. With the column named "Meeting", parents would be less likely to use the link.
Having a link to Google Classroom is sort of useless, as parents can't access that link and kid's don't need the link to get to their GC classes. The one-click MAKING of the GC classes is awesome, I just don't know if we need the space dedicated to a link to GC in…1 vote -
Expanding Standards field on Secondary SBG Report Cards
On the Secondary Standards Based Report Cards, there is a single line to list each standard under each course. It would be nice if this space could expand and wrap to multiple lines when standards are long and don't fit. This only would increase the length of the report card, which is variable anyway. You can see in the attached example that a number of standards get cut off, which is not helpful to parents/students.

Absence Code Color Options - Show assigned colors when Printing the Absence Code Table
After assigning the colors to the Update Absence Code Page, it would be nice if we could both print to Excel the codes as well as Show the colors of each code when selecting print.
It would also be very helpful if the color was assigned to the Type of attendance field and populated to all codes that fit the type?

Physical Fitness Test Analysis Report by Student Participation by Category. There needs to be an options to exclude certain inactive tags.
Print Physical Fitness Test Analysis Report by Student Participation by Category. When Include Inactive students is selected, the school counts are including pre-enrolled records. There needs to be an options to exclude certain inactive tags.

Add logic when setting term dates to not allow a date before the start date
When setting terms dates I ran into an issue where I was able to set a term end date that started before the start date. Example Start: 1/10/2024 and End: 1/05/2024. Programming to stop this conflict should be a standard.

Medical Log Start/End time - add the ability to sort the drop down menu by AM or PM/ only allow for selections during valid school hours.
Districts are asking for the ability to sort the start/end times. The drop down menu begins at 12:00 AM

Summer Course Request Print Button
Summer school course request needs a print button. We do not roll our student in until school is over. Counselors must go to the summer letter to print a student copy of the summer school course request schedule. It needs a print button like the regular school year course request has.

Dual households (addresses and parents) should be on Demographics Page!
Hi Aeries!
Many students have dual households due to divorce, alternative living situations etc., and the demographics page doesn't allow for listing BOTH households (and both parents), nor both mailing addresses (nor separate home phone numbers). The program operates as if traditional marriage is the only option!
Aeries does not generate a comprehensive mailing list--meaning, it does not include both mailing addresses where applicable. I can do a separate query using the contacts, but it is a time consuming process and really it should be listed together, front and center, on the student demographic page. New Student Notification Email or Alert to Aeries Users
Currently, there is a feature in Aeries CERS Student Groups table where an email is sent to an email(s) of when the process status is complete. I think it would be a good idea to create such a feature or better for when a new student is enrolled. This way teachers, admins, and support staff can be notified as soon as a student profile is saved with a student ID, and all student services and needs will be ready by the appropriate staff on students' first day of school. (our current process is not working well enough).

Gradebook Custom Colors including Extra Credit when there are no points
I set a custom color to make all assignments scored from 0% to 69% show up light red. Overall this worked correctly, but extra credit assignments are all showing up red, regardless of if they have any points entered, which is not the behavior I would expect. If anything extra credit should show up in the light green Aeries uses for assignments scored > 100%

The Avery 5160 report should print two labels per student at least when parents live in different households. Thanks
It is important if parents are not to have contact between them. As now, they have to share information like the main phone for the student.

Teacher Last Name and Entire First Name
When using Flex Scheduling or Staff Sections, Aeries pulls 1st initial/last name from staff by default. Please pull the entire whole first name. We have teachers with the same last name and the same first initial. This will lessen confusion for students when viewing schedules/class summary

Security: Please Allow User Access to the "Query Change Button" ONLY and NOT the "Query Change Command" to Prevent "Accidental" Mass Update
Ticket #346128: We have just recently learned about the "Query Change Command" and what impact it would have should a User be given that permission, in addition to the Mass Update permission to a Table.
What Has Been Done: We followed the information provided to us and read through the article from AERIES support. We then replicated it using one of our users. We could not find a way to get the CHANGE BUTTON to appear without the CHANGE QUERY COMMAND permission, which would be the ideal solution for us. Removing users from user groups upon disabling their staff account
I would like when we inactivate a staff member and it disables the user account, that it also removes the staff member immediately from the user groups. In clearning out our user groups, I still show MANY users that have been disabled.
