Financials - Allow Paying for Multiple Students at once
Currently Parents must pay for 1 Student at a time when checking of the Online Store within Aeries.

Allow for alphanumeric codes in LCN.CD for Record Request Transfer
Use alphanumeric rather than strictly numeric codes for LCN.CD was that on the School Options page, the sorting of the items is alpha--for example: 1,10,11,12,2,21,22 instead of 1,2,11,12,21,22 don't sort logically, and need leading zeros to make more useful.
Right now, having any alphanumeric codes in LCN.CD causes the Print Request letter to fail and throw the following error.

Allow Pre-Referral Interventions to Email Parents
If we use the Aeries email we need the option for it to populate a pre referral rather than having to take all those extra steps to do it after. Or the other way if we create a pre referral it then emails a sumamry to the parent guardian or both. Data is great when Admin has conversations with guardians.

TOMS Test Settings - Text to Speech Spanish
In TOMS, there isn't a TTS in Spanish option. It's just the one line of TTS for ELA Items; Math Stimuli & Items; Science Stimuli & Items and then Spanish Items. From what I understand from ETS, if a student is taking the Spanish test, the TTS will automatically be in Spanish.
In Aeries the two lines, the way they're currently labeled, is causing confusion with my site coordinators. Would it be possible to change the label from Text-to-Speech in Spanish (for math items) to instead read Text-to-Speech (Stimuli & Items) and leave off the "in Spanish"?

Method in assertive discipline to automatically email teachers of student suspension
It would be really nice to have an action button in assertive discipline that admin could click to automatically send to the students teacher that they have earned a suspension.

Student Singleton Conflict Report
Add a Scheduling Report that will show students who have singleton conflicts. This is different than a course vs course singleton conflict report.
Having a report that lists students who have a singleton conflict will reduce scheduling time significantly.

Gradebook - Assignment Defaults
I would like the ability to set defaults when creating a new assignment. For example, I would like the date due to be the date on which I am creating the assignment (they are posted on Teams) the date assigned to be the previous day's date and scoring completed to be checked automatically.
Other teachers might appreciate the ability to always set the due date 2 days in the future or something like that.

SELA Import - Include list of SSIDs when no match is found
SELA Import Results. Update the email results to include a list of SSID numbers instead of the number of students without matches. This will help with identifing the SSID in the file that was not matched to a record in Aeries.

ALLOW District the option to Select + or - for each mark on standards based report cards
For valid mark on standards based report cards let district have the option to choose if they want the + or - visible to teachers if they do not use the gradebook. For example standards based mark 4 would only show a 4 not 4+, 4 and 4-, standards based mark 3 would only show a 3 not 3+, 3 and 3-
standards based mark 2 would show 2+, 2 and 2-
standards based mark 1 would only show a 1 not 1+, 1 and 1-1 vote -
Import Test Results - Make the expected file layouts available on the support site
It would be nice to be able to view the expected file layout for each of the assessments on the "Import Test Results" page. That way, we can compare what Aeries is expecting to what the vendor is providing.

Online Enrollment Application Status - change Completed titled to Submitted or Pending
"When an enrollment application is submitted, it is listed as a ""Completed"" enrollment in the Parent's AIR account. This should be titled ""Submitted Enrollments or Pending Enrollments""
Partial Enrollments should be re-titled to ""Incomplete"" enrollments. This way when we set them as Incomplete, they would be labeled as such.Once a record is Imported by the school site, the enrollment disappears from the AIR portal, and then under Completed Enrollments, it reads ""You have no completed enrollments""
Even though we send email confirmations, parents still log into their AIR portal and panic because it says they have No Completed Enrollments.…7 votes -
Add Page numbers to the 3 column transcripts.
3 - column transcript does not have page numbers, or basic information such as student ID on every page. Adding this information will help ensure that pages don't give mixed up when printing a lot of them at once. It will also ensure the recipient of a transcript has received all pages, by displaying page numbers

Student Tardy Slip
It would be nice if there were a button for tardy slips much like the Readmit Slip. It could print the student name, date and time and print 2 copies; one for the office and one for the student.

Let Aeries sync Staff table to Clever
Clever doesn't have the ability to pull from the Staff table in Aeries, only the Teacher table (it does pull from the staff table of other SIS's). We want all staff to go into Clever to utilize their IDM to auto create email accounts for all staff. Clever's solution is to add Staff to the Teacher table.

Multifactor Authentification-Add code generation in email
We implemented Multifactor Authentication this past summer. We have already had a teacher leave her phone at home and was unable to access Aeries. We would like for an option to receive a code via email to be added to this process.

Staff - Need a "next year status" option to choose inactive for staff not returning.
It would be nice to be able to have a "next year status" option to be able to make Staff inactive, like we have been able to do in the Teacher Data page. that way, at the Rollover, Staff can push to inactive with previously entered end dates. Thank you.

Remove SAT / ACT from UC and CSU Eligibility reports
The CSU and UC systems have not accepted SAT or ACT scores for admission since 2020. The "Print UC and CSU Eligibility Reports" box currently displays this information. We need the option for districts to remove SAT information from these reports. When the SAT field is left blank, families may mistakenly believe scores are missing, so the ability to hide this information is also necessary.
