Secondary Stu Data - Update Descriptions for SSD.SUS
Please update code table descriptions for SSD.SUS (US Schl < 3 yrs). Ideally they would be changed to something similar to below.
Y = Attended US school Less than 3 years
N= Attended US school More than 3 years
Otherwise please update the field label to be more easily understood. We have a lot of staff that have difficulty understanding the < character.1 vote -

Email staff users when a new account is created for them
It would be nice for there to be an option to email the User or Staff member for updates done to their account.
When we hit save if a pup up could say "email user with updates" Yes or No.
New accounts to incule username, password and link for the signon page. to also include the permissions that have been assigned to the staff member.
Changes to the account to include a comment box were we can state the change. i.e. "Legal Name updated", "Room Number Udpated", etc.

Test Scores - Grade level on test score entry has a decimal and does not represent the grade level correctly
When importing or manually entering the grade level for a test score the grade is shown with a decimal. e.g. 10 is entered for 10th grade and once saved the number changes to 1.0

CALPADS SENR extract - For E155 honor using tracks and pull Enrollment Exit date that is not a *track vacation date
CALPADS SENR extract - For E155 records, the Enrollment Exit Date in SENR is not pulling the last active day of school for the student when tracks are being used and the Calendar has *track vacation days. Honor tracks for the option "Auto-close enrollment (E155/E156).

Parent Data Confirmation - Homeless questionnaire
It would be great if the email address of the homeless liaison could be set up to automatically email the homeless liaison if a parent clicked on one of the options that indicated they/their family may be in a situation that could be considered homelessness.

Print School Leave Date on Transcript if Student Is an End of Year Leaver
If a student leaves at the end of a school year, the leave date does not print on the transcript. This is an issue for current and future enrollment verification purposes.

Force Red Flags as Pop-Up Message
Add option to force a pop-up that shows custom red flag information that is applied to a student demographics page or student contacts page or student's medical page. Pop-up should function similarly to session expiration message, pausing all page functions until pop-up is acknowledged or closed. Pop-up should display red flag information data, such as parent/contact restraining orders, medical or food allergy warnings, or other critical messages that could otherwise be ignored. Student Assertive Discipline Record report
Student Assertive Discipline Record report - If the report is printed for a single student with no ADS records, it gives "an error has occurred" message.

Allow teacher to change gradebook score codes to a score easier
When teachers use the temporary code of TX - Temp Excused they currently have to locate those scores and change them to a score or to a zero. Is there a way to mass change those or filter by those codes to make them easier to change?

Update HRN table column values
School nurses need to add the 3000 column to the HRN chart. They also have no use for values of 250, 500, 6000, 8000.
It would be great if this could be done or if those tables could be edited by a district admin.

Gradebook - Please Add Numeric Narrative Grades
Our district is going full CBE grading, and we need the ability to create two distinct categories (sets) with different grading scales as follows: formative (foundational) work graded at a 2.0 target (with 1.5, 1.0, and 0.50 possible scores), and summative assessments graded at a 3.0 target (with 2.5 and 2.0 possible, as well as an A+ ceiling of 3.5 or 4.0 possible for work above and beyond). Our Final Grades are tabulated on a scale of 4 as well, with 3.0-3.49 being an A overall.

Ability to pin your schools to the top of the school drop down list
It would be incredibly helpful if itinerant staff were able to pin their schools to the top of the school drop down list. I work in a relatively large school district with over 70 schools. It would save so much time to be able to open the school list, see my assigned schools pinned to the top, click and go.

Assertive Discipline - Add alert to enter Administrative Decisions
We set DSP.DS to be a required field, but the user will only be alerted of it if they remember to click on "Add New Administrative Decision" in the Administrative Decision portion of the Assertive Discipline page.
It would be great to have an alert to remind the user to enter a disposition in the Administrative Decision section once they click Save after entering the incident information.
What would be even better, is if there weren't two separate sections to complete. Have it be one form, rather than two.
