District Attendance Letters - Letter Option Print All Prior Letter Dates
When running District Attendance Letters for the first time in the school year, users may encounter a "No Letters Found" error if the "Include Prior Dates" option is selected. This occurs because no prior letters exist yet for the current year.
To improve user experience and reduce confusion, please consider enhancing the message associated with this option to:
Inform users that no prior dates are available when running letters for the first time.
Recommend that users uncheck the option to proceed successfully.

Print Scheduling Results Letter Report Options
We would love to use the scheduling reports letter to send to our parents and students using the secure documents option in Parent Square. However, STU.ID needs to be added to the form letter so the function can be utilized. It would be great to have the option to add the id number to the form so Parent Square can scan and distribute the PDF en mass.

Please freeze header row on Define Fields to Sync/Lock page
Please freeze from the header row (which includes Field Name, Description, Sync Changes to Field, and Lock Fields in Pre-Enrolled Records) to the top of the Define Fields to Sync/Lock page so that as you scroll down, you can easily click Save instead of having to scroll to the top to Save. And see which column you are syncing or locking.

CONP Relation Description
It would be great if we could run CONP.RL1? and have it display the description (mother, father, etc.). This is needed and I have to find and replace in my Excel file because their is no description.

Define Grade Student Grade Level override option
When multiple Aeries schools share a CDS code, (for example a K-8 school split to have grades K-5 and 6-8 separated into different Aeries schools) I want to have an override option on the Define Grade Student Grade Level screen that enables an admin to edit which "Allow Grade" checkboxes are selected. To avoid upload errors to Ed-Fi, the Hi/Lo grades need to be the same for all "Aeries schools" that share a CDS code. Please make the STU.IBC field visible and allow the field to be editable
An import for International Baccalaureate (IB) tests was added to Aeries. This included a new field of STU.IBC. Please make the STU.IBC field visible, include a description of the 3 values, and allow the field to be editable with either hard-coded drop down values or automatically update the COD for STU.IBC with the 3 values if they don't already exist.

Service Learning: Add more comment options
Allow a space for positive comments / feedback that students can view through their portal. Currently, service learning approvers are only able to give a comment when an entry is denied.

Attendance by photo
Put a line between students on attendance by photo, not a line over A/T. Visually it's very messy and causes errors.

Student Indicator Details - Retitle Qualifying Value to Indicator Value
The indicator details just shows the qualifying values for things like attendance percentages. The qualifying value is confusing to many. They want to see what the student's current value is. Even if they are in the same range, it will show if progress is getting better or worse.
NOTE from Aeries: The Qualifying Value is already the students indicator value at the time Analytics was run. We are planning on updating the title on the page along with updating our documentation to provide more clarity.

Refine New Year Rollover Logic for CCL Records
During the New Year Rollover process, only carry forward CCL records that were originally created for the upcoming school year in the prior year. Do not roll over CCL records that were created for the prior school year. This change will ensure that only relevant and future-facing data is retained, reducing clutter and preventing confusion caused by outdated records being brought into the new year.

Expand Sequence Field Capacity in CCL, FTF, FTT, and CCD Tables
To support scalability and prevent sequence overflow, please update the data type of the sequence fields in the CCL, FTF, FTT, and CCD tables from smallint to int. The current smallint type limits the number of records to 32,767, which is insufficient for long-term use. Changing these fields to int will enable the system to accommodate over 2 billion records, ensuring it can handle future growth without requiring manual intervention or risking failure.

Immunization - All Requirements Met - Dedicated Field
Please consider adding a dedicated field for the Immunization "All Requirements Met" value.
The IMM table has three fields indicating student has met requirements (IMM.RMP, IMM.RMK, IMM.RM7). However these fields can all be left blank because this value is calculated on-demand for students comparing their immunization record to the VAC table and reported on the screen no matter what these fields contain. See screenshot attached.

Assertive Discipline report - Add the "pre-referral Intervention"
Assertive Discipline report - Add the "pre-referral Intervention" section on to the assertive discipline report. This information is imperative when developing behavior intervention plans, and assessing useful strategies with students. When conducting file reviews, to do these reports, it is often done using the paper *** file so this creates a huge barrier in access to information.

TX - Endorsement by Service ID rather than Local ID
Change logic (or modify logic) to calculate endorsement completion status by Texas Service ID rather than Local ID to simplify setup for graduation endorsements.

Add one more option in Attendance Management
Currently, a user can only select to mass enter for All Day code or a period at a time.
We are an All Day attendance reporting district for the middle schools as well but they also take period attendance.
In the Attendance Management, when we mass enter for all day code, we would also like to mass add for specific periods.1 vote -
Include Legal Name in APIs
We need the students' Legal Names to be included in our API for NIM. Currently, only the Alias and Preferred Name fields are being extracted, which is causing a mismatch in students' Gmail accounts. Student email addresses are generated based on the initials of their Legal Name, but when only Preferred Names are available, the initials often differ—resulting in Gmail accounts being overridden or misassigned by NIM.
It is critical to allow Legal Names as part of the API table options.

Import data to FRE - Populate FRE.CD with import of household number and income
When manually populating FRE.NO (household size) and FRE.YR (income) in FRE their is form logic that then auto-calculates and populates FRE.CD. But when we import this same data via Import Data to Aeries the form logic does not execute, and FRE.CD remains blank. The request is to adjust Aeries logic to have FRE.CD auto-calculate and populate based on imported data the same as it does for manually entered data into FRE.

Duplicate Bell Schedule Times - Flex (FTT)
In some cases, duplicate times are created in FTT when editing bell schedule times. Need a way to delete the duplicate records.
Workaround: Delete the duplicates in SQL only
