Analytics Score Field additions - TST.LX & TST.QT
Can the TST.LX and TST.QT for Lexile and Quantile scores be added to the Analytics Score Field dropdown?

Honor Save for Auto-close Enrollment (E155 & E156) 14 Days Before the End of the School Year and ignore option after school year ends
Now that there is a message notifying us that the Auto-close is on/off. Can it honor the save functionality rather than always having to go back and check it before we extract SENR every time?
If we could Uncheck and Save, Check and Save, and it be honored until we are ready to either check or uncheck again that would be amazing.

Student Demographic Enhancements
Add Room Number on the Demographic Page next to Teachers Name.
Please Add Student Documents on the top Ribbon for easy access on the demographic screen . Would like be able to upload and view current documents as well.
Also when clicking on the Document, it would be nice to have a preview and not an automatic download of document.1 vote -

Teachers should be able to pull up all students in a program
I would like to be able to type "IEP" or "504" or "ELD" into the search bar and pull up all my students in my different classes at once. As it is, it is very difficult to identify all my students in my separate classes by program.

Add an option in Service Learning that allows staff members to enter hours
Add an option in Service Learning that allows staff members to enter hours instead of having to enter start and end times. In terms of efficiency when counselors for example are in charge of entering logs it would be great if they could enter numerical hours for logs instead of needing to type start and end times. It would save a lot of time and make the process smoother for them.

Include filter for STU.SG in Master Schedule Board Report
Add a filter to sort the report by STU.SG so that the report may include Teacher, Period, Section Number, Course Name by Student Group.

Golden State Seal Merit (GSSM) Report enhanced to work with Staff ID Based Counselor Tracking
The Golden State Seal Merit (GSSM) report is not rendering By Counselor correctly when this option is selected for Flex Schools using Staff ID Based Counselor Tracking (STU.CNS). The report currently only extracts from the Counselor field (STU.CU). To improve functionality and accuracy, we propose an enhancement to the report so that the Counselor name is pulled from the STU.CNS field in this case.
In the meantime, the following workaround can be implemented:
Add the Counselors to the TCH table.
Assign the Counselor's teacher numbers (TCH.TN) to the STU.CU field.

Improve student search reliability by adding error handling for cases where related staff records lack a first or last name.

WBL Opportunities (Internships)
I would like to suggest a new feature that helps schools track work-based learning opportunities more efficiently. Teachers should be able to, access their entire class roster directly in Aeries, select all students at once or choose individual students using a simple checkmark system and assign a work-based learning experience (preloaded by the district admin) to the selected students. With this streamlined process, a teacher could upload records for their entire class, or individual students, in just a few clicks instead of entering them one by one.

Dual Language report card types for progress and report card
The new progress report feature works great for non DLI schools. We need a way to have a separate progress report and report card for DLI schools that works with the new progress feature.

Student Interventions Report Date Sort Order
When Printing using the Print button on the student Interventions page or from View All Reports, the report lists the Intervention records in order of Date Time (DTS) added in Descending order. Add an option to be able to print the report in Intervention record date (INV.DT) order

Flex Scheduling: reduce data entry needed for next year's Class Calendars
Every year, Class Calendars have to be added for next year from scratch. Could one or all of these be copied automatically to the next school year, for each Class Calendar in the current year?
1. The Short Title
2. The Description
3. The date pattern: in other words, if they can enter the first date of school next year, could this year's Class Calendar date checkbox pattern be overlaid onto the Class Calendar copied for the next Calendar year?4 votes -

CCGI Extract - Course Level mapping options
Currently, the CCGI Extract page only lets you map HIS and SEC by terms. We have unique courses that need to be mapped individually, so it would be nice for the extract to somehow allow for more flexible mapping of the WIP and Terms being sent to CCGI.
Example - We are a Trimester-based Scheduling school, but the courses are technically "Semester" length courses (earning 5 credits). This means many of the T2 sections of courses can either be considered S1 or S2; however, the extract only allows to map it to one or the other.

Dynamic Student Group based on MST or CRS table
Allow a course number (or section or subject) to be used as defining criteria for a dynamic Student Group. For instance, all of our extracurricular activities are also courses (sports, drill team, dance, art, band, etc.). And we have different people managing each of those groups. From what I can understand from the documentation, student groups can only be created from info on the STU table. And we don't have enough real estate on the STU table for students that are in multiple groups.
