Make ATT, ENR, STU all pull AP1, AP2 from the same COD.
It seems like some columns in STU are also used in ATT, ENR. Can they pull from the same COD since they basically mean the same thing in each? AP1, AP2, even TR,

Analytics - Watch List - Add ability to filter by Subgroup
Currently a watchlist can only be filtered by School and Grade. It would nice to be able to have watchlists that could be filtered by Supgroup. That way we could have a watchlist of regular ed students and a seperate watchlist for SPED students. Since SPED students are already being serviced through an IEP team we would like to be able to have our regular ed intervention team be able to more easily use the watchlist without having to check whether they have an IEP or not first.

Printable student photos in a variety of sizes
Allow us to make flash cards of our students so that we can learn their names more quickly. The seating chart photos and names are too small for this purpose.

The Aeries Teacher App includes a wonderful matching game to help teachers learn student names. This is available in both the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store.

Let users test drive new features
Our school went to flex scheduling this year and we are still learning about the new features, mostly by happenstance. In the future, it would be great to get to "test drive" how pages, reports and other Aeries functions that are being worked on before they are launched. In my view, it often appears that report changes, functionality, etc, are modified by programmers for ease of use but some of the end user looks are not considered. Current flex sched vs past year's view of attendance attached with notes.

Query - Add Value Functions. (Quick example: Today)
Add value functions where the value would be retrieved at run time. A simple example would be LIST STU ID NM ED LD IF ED <= @@Today AND ( LD = NULL OR LD >= @@Today ) This would make queries a much more viable option for disseminating information in a school district with too many people to train on the intricacies of Query.

Parent Data Confirmation - Contact Table Required Fields
Define required fields for Contacts in Parent Data Confirmation. For example: require at least name, relationship, 1 form of contact (at least one phone OR email) notification preference.

Master Schedule Report - add trimester options to print
Currently, the Print Master Schedule report displays Fall, Spring, Year terms to print. In a school using Trimesters, we would like for this report to honor these codes based on TRM. For example, 1, 2, 3 trimesters.

Issue Credit Button in Alt Ed Scheduling school - allow to add new grade if course number already exists in GRD or HIS
When the "issue credit" button is used, if a mark has already been posted for the same course, it doesn't allow a new grade to be posted, but instead tries to overwrite the originally posted grade for the same course number (linked by SQ). With Independent Study students, they many times boomerang back to the same course for making up units. We need to be able to add new records to GRD/HIS instead of overwriting them when using the "Issue Credit" button in our school using Alt Ed Scheduling.

Notify portal-enabled contacts when a new fee is added to Financials
When adding a new fee to a student in Aeries Financials, it would be helpful if there was a mechanism to send an email and/or push notification to the linked portal accounts. As it is now there is no notification, and the fee is not obvious to a parent when visiting the portal in either the browser or mobile app, so it is very easy for the parent to not even realize that a fine was assessed until much much later. Staff Audit Report
To help with Fall 2 reporting, it would be helpful if we had a Staff Audit report in Aeries that HR staff at districts could run to check for errors in staff and teacher records. If it could look for Job Assignments that show as teachers and then look for students or sections assigned to that teacher. If it could look for non-classroom based job assignment and then make sure there are no kids or sections assigned to that person. Also if it could look for Staff records that have missing required CALPADS information such as SEID, FTE, End dates…

Records Request - Make Letter Text Editable
Records Request Log - We would like the option to edit the text of the records request letter that gets printed from the Records Request Manager page. We want to remove the sentence that says - "please do not send the cumulative file unless specified". It is confusing to some schools.

Special Programs- Add record counter to current programs
Many users get confused and think there aren't any current programs under the special programs table. I would like to suggest adding a record counter on the current programs dropdown (similar to the program history dropdown). This would be an indicator they have a current record.

Change field in CCGI Extract for A-G match
Currently the extract takes CRS.E1 which is the CSU a-g subject area. Because there are some courses that count for different subject areas for the CSUs and UCs (such as Earth Science), please consider extracting field CRS.U1 instead. We want to keep the different subject areas for those classes because it affects the College Entrance Req and Academic Plan screens.

Allow uploading of district logo for Online Enrollment admin
Currently, customers have to contact Aeries Support to load and/or change their district logo for Online Enrollment. Utilizing the existing district logo loaded in Aeries or allowing for the district logo to be uploaded into the Online Enrollment database would be a great alternative.

Contacts - Display Contact Order # on Card
Since the contact order (CON.OR) will be vital for CALPADS primary guardian reporting, it would be nice to have the contact # displayed on the info card in the Contacts page (possibly upper right hand corner).
SINCE any contacts marked as a RED FLAG are displayed at the top, it is difficult to see which contact would the primary, secondary without editing each contact record.
Data entry of the newly required Parent Education level at the contacts level means that our staff will need to review every student's contact information over the next few months to verify that the Parent/guardian…
