Assertive Discipline - Add New Administrative Decision button does not display when adding a new ADS record to a student who has no other ADS records. Allow the New Administrative Decision button to display on the initial Assertive Discipline record.

Gradebook Colors - display to parent portal
Hello,
I hope you are well. I wanted to ask the Aeries Team if they can incorporate an option form an Admin Setting to allow for editing colors for Letter Marks when viewed from the student portal/parent portal perspective.

We need an infant grade level. Using -3 would be fine.
We serve students from birth through 12th grade. It would be helpful to have infant as a grade-level below preschool.

Emulate Parent in Online Enrollment
Our Enrollment Technicians would like the ability to emulate a parent in the Aeries Online Enrollment product so that they can see the errors parents are experiencing on their current steps to better assist them with the process.

Standards Based Comments - Add a Word Count
Some teachers tend to write too much and don't know that comments will get cut off once printed. If there was a word count we could estimate a max and the teachers could fix before printing.

Add Aeries Ideas to the base of each Aeries Page
In order to improve the use of Aeries Ideas it would be great to:
1. Add a link on the footer of each Aeries page to "Improve this page"When the user clicks the "Improve this page", it pre-fills the area it is going to be tagged to and allows the user to enter free-form text and screenshot the issue area.
This way it reduces the barrior of filling out the correct category and allows it to be completed without leaving what they are doing.
It would be ideal if Aeries would auto sso-auth the request, so they do not…

Deep link the Staff Id on Security users page to go to staff page
I would like to be able to click on the Staff ID field on the [Users] page, and have it link to the record on the [Staff] page. (Much like how I can click on the UGN.ID field from the [Staff] page, and it takes me to that record on the [Users] page)

Set Academic Plan status to blank after new window opens
At the beginning of a new Academic Plan entry window, all of the previously "approved" records move to the "No Action" column. However, the status on the Academic Plan page still says "Approved" for these plans that are now in the No Action column. Please update the Academic plans with the correct status for consistency.

Search by SSID on Attendance Management Page
On the Attendance Management page, there is no option to search for a student by their SSID.
Could this be added?

Incident Lookup popup usability issues
The Incident Lookup dialog (accessible from the Behavioral Emergency page & other places??) has a few issues.
The Start / End Date values seem to be inconsistently set. Sometimes the values are MM/DD/YYYY and other times the value is YYYY/MM/DD.
The search results are district wide, but the student # displayed is STU.SN and not STU.ID, which would be more useful.
It would also be nice to (optionally) filter for only incidents involving the current student.

Please add a search or filter option to search for an individual student when printing the report "Student Locator Cards." It used to be in client.

Staff User Defined Codes - display description rather than just the code
It would be useful to display the descriptions of the custom user codes on the staff page, rather than just the one or two character code.

NSLP-Import
On behalf of Carlsbad-The NSLP import utility imports the NSLP code along with start and end date. Carlsbad would like more info: They would like to be able to choose items like SNAP# FRE.FS, TANF# FRE.AF, Medi-cal Start date FRE.MSD, FRE.MED Medi-Cal End date to import along with the regular fields available.

Credential Type codes need to be updated to align with CDE credential types
Hard-coded Credential Type codes listed in Aeries STC.TY need to be updated to align with the CDE Credential Type codes and descriptions.

Change LAC.L2 field from Primary to Guardian or Parents
Please change the label of Primary on the LAC.L2 field to Guardian or Parents. Having the label of Primary is confusing to staff since the label for LAC.L1 is listed as First.
Primary and First are similar and may cause confusion when entering the responses from the Language Survey into Aeries.

Add an additional Change button on the top of Student Demographics page
In Aeries, one has to scroll down to get to the Change button. It would be nice to have the ability to Change data without having to scroll down.

Parent Data Changing Portal Options - Increase Email Field View
Please increase the viewing size of the Change Details Emails fields on the Parent Data Changing / General / More options area. Specifically the Change Details Email Address, Change Medical Details Email Address. It's difficult to see who & how many email addresses are entered to receive notifications.
