Portal option to NOT allow user to create a portal account if email address is NOT in Contacts
We've had problems with kids creating "parent" accounts, linking friends, etc. The option to not allow account creation using emails that are not entered in any of their Aeries contacts.

Emulate teacher/user accounts without an Admin Account
Please add a security permission that will allow Users to emulate teacher accounts without having an Admin account. We have IT support staff where this would be useful but we don't want to give them full access to Admin.

Print Custom Reports from District Level.
It would be nice to be able to run custom reports from the district level. We are currently having to run custom reports from each site and then have to merge them into one sheet.

Transcript- for Elementary w/Master, with Staff ID Based Counselor, modify transcript to check for STU.CU field if STU.CNS field is blank. Print "Teacher" instead of "Counselor" on Transcript.

Please make the User School Access page have the top row header frozen/sticky when you scroll down so you know which school to check as you are going down.

Add another line to the top of the Demographics page and add the most recent Student Asset Detail for quick access to District Assets information.

Would like the ability to search a student and have the ability to view which Student Groups the specific student belongs to.

Barcode on Emergency Card
On Parent Data Changing > General , we would like the option to add a barcode to the "Emergency Card" print out.
This would allow our parents to print the "Emergency Card" as proof of completing data confirmation and allow our on-site staff to scan a barcode at each station ( ex. library to check out books ).
This would really help our team expedite the on-site process.

Display the note icon on the Classroom Attendance page
Currently the Classroom Attendance does not provide the notes taking function by class.

Please take off the Days with Truancies
We would love to have the Days with Truancies taken off of the Parent Portal. Parents are so confused by this and the word Truancy makes the parents think the student is in trouble. We are constantly fielding calls about this. It's information that the parent doesn't need to have.

Bell Scheduler page should display flex period bell schedules
The Bell Scheduler page used to display the bell schedule for the day a schedule was assigned to. Now that we're using flex scheduling, there is NO way I can see to actually see the entire bell schedule for any given bell schedule.
The Bell Scheduler page lists the schedules and lists all flex periods, and allows you to assign a schedule to a day, but doesn't let you see what the schedule is that you're assigning. Showing all flex periods available gives us a bottom left corner total instructional time of 1557 minutes because of overlaps.

Make the Attendance History Summary page printable
We have the ability to view the attendance history page but not to print unless we right click the page and select print, which is very rarely successful. It would be very helpful if this page can be printed out, as many times parents request attendance history for their students. This would be a much quicker way to access prior years attendance without having to go into each year and print out attendance.

Option to not include headers when exporting to Excel and format as one row for each item
When running an Aeries report and exporting to Excel add an option to not include headers. Currently reports exported to Excel have repeating headers, and extra formatting that is not desirable for analyzing data.

Data Confirmation Authorizations Receipt Email
Our district would like to see in the Data Confirmation Receipt email that the parents receive to list what Authorizations the Parent either Allowed or Denied.

Manage Parent/Student Accounts Adding Filters
We often need to emulate parent accounts to test aspects of the portal and it can
be tedious to locate a recently used account for a specific grade. Adding a Grade filter, School
filter to hide 999's and potentially even sorting by last used would be so cool!1 vote -
Please center the Gradebook name on the Class Summary on the Profile Page
In Aeries, on the profile page for each student, the Gradebook section has a formatting issue where the name of each gradebook is not centered in the space - they are all at the top of the space.
I know this is a small thing, but makes Aeries look less than amazing. And it's amazing!

Daily check for frequently updated SSL Cert to ensure continued SAML functionality
An SSL cert can be auto-renewed every couple months. The district is not notified unless there is a problem. Aeries could do a regular (daily?) check for an updated cert in the personal certificate store on the web server since it has permissions and knows the location as well as the cert name.

Data Confirmation - Add Migrant Questions
I'd like a Migrant Screen added to the Data confirmation, please. The 2-3 Migrant questions are the same throughout the state and this would save parents and staff so much time. It could resemble the residency screen.
