Audit Report to verify attendance enrollment and learning agreements
It would be great if we could have an Audit Report to verify start and end dates entered in attendance enrollment to start and end dates of learning agreements.

Withdrawal Grades on Transcripts
When inputting withdrawal grades on transcripts it would be so helpful if there was a code we could enter that would identify them as withdrawal grades and move all credits to 0.00. Or if there was a function where we could import the gradebook/grade page to that student's transcript for the withdrawal grades.

Rollover - Option to Bypass AUT Table
Could AUT be added to the Districtwide Roll Over settings of tables to skip? Similar to ATN, FRE, FEE, etc.
I know our district would prefer to NOT roll AUT because we ask the parents to do their Authorizations every year, so having the option to Bypass AUT would be great! Then I wouldn't have to depend on my IT Dept to remove entries in the new year database.

Add Date Ranges to YTD Attendance Report
It would be beneficial to have date range filters in the YTD Attendance Report for ADA Auditing purposes.

Employer Search Options
Please add Search/Lookup Key word search on Employers and a sort by name or ID to the search on Import Mass Add Student Related Data when adding to ISP table for Employers also Work Permits Search Employer Name.

Students With More or Less Than N Course Requests should include zero course requests
Students With More or Less Than N Course Requests do not print students with zero course requests when 1 is entered in the 'Less than' field. Please add an option to this report to include students with zero course requests. This will help with not having to also run the Student with No Course Requests report.

Separate COVID vaccine types per dose
Allow a different vaccine type to be selected separately for each dose of the COVID vaccine, as some students have 1 dose of one type and 1 dose of another type.

Display attendance time on Attendance Submission Log report
The Attendance Submission log page shows the time attendance was taken, but the printable report only shows the date attendance was taken, not the time. Using Aeries query also displays the datetime fields as date only.

Default to District School in Special Programs
In Special Programs the student's enrollment will be followed in Aeries for CALPADS reporting if the school is populated with the District. So making the PGM.SC default to populate itself to the District instead of the school the student is currently enrolled in would save a lot of time on data clean up while reporting to CALPADS.

Add option to Copy Graduation Track Subject Area Code from one Track to Another
Users are able to create a new Graduation track and add a new Subject Area codes that apply only to that track. It would be nice to have an option to copy the new code to all other tracks.

Attendance by Photo/Seating Chart - Add Grade Level
Add Grade level next to Student Name as display option when using attendance by photo. Also, possibly a way to filter by grade when using seating chart/attendance by photo.

Add field level permission for the GRD table for Teacher Portal Group
We use Canvas and export their grades into Aeries. However Canvas do not have comments, and we have to open the grading window to teachers to add their comments.
It would be so helpful to allow the security module to enable field level permissions for the GRD table. That will allow my district to just have teachers update the comments fields without touching the M1 through M6 marks.

Custom Analytics Chart View
In Analytics, when viewing the charts, the last chart listed has a larger view. Would like the ability to have the larger view chart at the top. When moving the charts around it will spilt the top charts instead of making them large.

Allow easier updating of Gradebook Grade Range values
Currently, gradebook grade range values are taken from the TCH LO/HI or SSI LO/HI values and cannot be updated once a gradebook is created. Please allow these to be updated when changing TCH LO/HI or SSI LO/HI. Also allow the Copy Gradebook process to copy the grade range to the new gradebook.

Ability to Run Calculate College Entrance Requirements at District Level
Please add the functionality to schedule Calculate Graduation Status and Calculate College Entrance Requirements for school(s). It would be nice to have a config page where you can specify the schools you want to run this mass calculate function and you can set it up during the off hours.
