Option to hide Parent signature and date in Online Enrollment-AIR

Would like the ability to Export the students along with their qualifying data (same as on the report) to Excel. This will make it easier for staff to review and add additional information, missing students, or remove students. We use the final Excel file to add the ACT records after each school has also been reviewed by the district office. We do not use the form to mass add the records, and cannot use it for the biliteracy as we have a seperate record for each students language.

When users, including parents and students, log out of Aeries it signs them out of Aeries, but does not currently log them out of Google. Please adjust the process to have an option to also log the user out of Google.

The new seating chart view is very small. I need to be able to magnify it so I can fill the page and see my students!

For Attendance by photo, add an option to resize photos to be larger.

Add a horizontal scroll bar to allow easier viewing of more records. Currently dashboards only show limited records limited to the default size.

We have Counselors and Principals/APs sending families emails. They are communicating graduation and college information. It would be very beneficial if they could have an Email Log. This would help in knowing what information was sent and copying to send to other students.

We need to add a Footer button to the Aeries.net Discipline Letter Text Editor page like we have on the Suspension Letter Text Editor page.

1. Ability to run report by a specific date 2. A count of English Learner (EL) 3. Counts for programs with designation of school 0 (we have some that designate School 0 for a specific reasons) 4. Total of all schools in the district for each program

I would like to see on the Staff page that the Job assignments you chose filter out for the proper Non-Classroom Based Job Assignments that apply based on CALPADS CodeSets. We have districts that choose any non-classroom based job assignment and it may not apply to that job classification. For instance if a person chooses Teacher, they can chose ANY non-classroom based Job assignment (such as nurse). But the non-classroom based job assignment of a nurse is NOT valid for the Job classification of a teacher, according to the CALPADS CodeSets. It only applies to the Pupil Services Job Classification.

Student Notes/Emails - Can a notes area be added where important information about the student be added and copies of emails sent saved there. It could then be accessed by those who have permissions? Within School Info - Send emails - it would be great to see a log or copy of emails that are sent to students. Once an email is sent, unless the user copies themselves, there is no record of that email being sent.

A search feature on the school drop down would make it much faster to switch between schools. Districts currently have to scroll through all of their schools when looking for the correct one, and it can be especially irritating for larger districts.

Please add a query tag for Students with Good Attendance report like Client had.

Would there be a way to print the emergency list for a single student?

Change the title of the "Language Information" page on Online Enrollment to be titled "Home Language Survey."

Allow teachers to edit contact records. Teachers are currently restricted from adding or editing, even if they are given permission to do so.

Right now, external School of Choice requires the creation of a "stub" record in STU, then the parent has to go through Online Enrollment (if they can due to address issues), then get imported to the incorrect school and transferred to the correct school

This is not a good user experience. Parents should be able to seamlessly use online enrollment and school of choice without the creation of stub records.

"Print Interventions Report by Student" should also the Stakeholders(INS), Prior Interventions(IPI), Reasons & Concerns(IRC), Student Strengths(ISS), and Additional Resources(INR).

Ability to print all work permits at one school site, instead of having to print one by one. Or at least a report with all active work permits per site. Department of Labor requires a report of all active work permits.
