Import Test Results - Update CAASPP Test Results import process to include all domain scores for California Spanish Assessment (CSA)
The current import process for CAASPP is not loading the Reading Domain score for CSA results. Potentially the Speaking domain as well but we do not have any high school level results to confirm. The domain scores are part of the overall CSA results for students and help inform instruction, including all domains is important for providing a full picture of the students performance on the CSA. The CSA reading score is Field # 159, Domain 3 Level, in the CAASPP data file.

At-Risk Nightly Update Process Using Incorrect Date for Program 409 At-Risk Record for Student Truancy
When the At-Risk Nightly Update Process is enabled and evaluates students for At-Risk indicator of Truancy, the Student At-Risk Indicator and the Program 409 record are populated with date the nightly update process is run. If the Truancy Date Met is prior to the date the process is run, the Student At-Risk Indicator and Program 409 records do not reflect the correct date when the student met the definition of Truant. The nightly update process will be updated to use the Truancy Date Met as the start date for the Student At-Risk Indicator and Program 409 At-Risk records.

Suspension Letter Text Editor to look at CON
Currently, the Suspension Letter Text Editor pulls data from STU.PG for the primary guardian.
The suspension letter always creates one letter addressed to the student’s Primary Guardian (STU.PG) and uses the student’s address from the Student record (STU). In a split family household this is not conducive.
Additional letters are generated for Contacts with Mail Tag A (CON.MT = A).
If a Contact’s name and address match the Primary Guardian, that contact is skipped to avoid duplicates.Request:
Please update this report so that it is purely Contact-driven (CON) rather than relying on STU.PG. This will ensure all mailing logic…4 votes -
Creating a calculated field for “Years Since RFEP”
In order to be in alignment with the state's RFEP tracking, we would like to see a "Years Since RFEP" field that calculates the number of years since the entered RFEP date. This will also help in creating data points to be used by Analytics (dashboards and definitions).

Keep Students option on MST Page
When looking at a section on the Master Schedule page, I really wish there were a way I could "keep" those students so then I could run queries without having to first run a query to find them. It would be easier to just grab them from this page.

Red Flags on Gradebook/Rosters/Attendance/Seating chart
If a student has a flag it should show up for the most important end user - the teacher! They are NOT spending their day clicking into demographics for every student. EVEN if its just an icon SHOWING they have a red flag. Especially useful when we have subs as well who wouldn't know about custody issues or an IEP or a medical issue. The data exists, we just need to use in a meaningful way.

Allow for Adjustment of Credits in A-G College Entrance Requirements
Allow for adjustment of credits required in the College Entrance Requirements. Districts may have alternative credits per semester rather than the default 5.00 credits per semester used in the College Entrance Requirements A-G calculation.
Example: 0.5 credits earned per semester course. A - History = 2.0 credits requirement (instead of 20 credits)

College Requirements Validation
Currently, if a student takes a year of one language and a year of another language and does not take the 2nd year of either language, Aeries indicates that the student has met the College Requirements for language which is incorrect. If Aeries could add a code on the courses for each language or use the state course code to determine if the credits earned are for the same language and fix their credits earned to be the max number for ONE language only.

Add Options to the Auto/Mass Parent portal Creation screen
Please add configurable options that allow districts to define the criteria used when auto-creating or mass-creating Parent Portal accounts.
In addition to the current hard-coded requirements:
- CON.EM populated with email address, and
- CON.AP is set to Y,Please include the ability to use additional fields as criteria:
- CON.CD (Contact Type) – specifically codes P1 and P2 for parent/guardian
- CON.LW (Lives With)These additional filters would allow districts to properly identify actual parents/guardians who should receive an automatically created Parent Portal account.
Currently, the system creates accounts for any contact listed, regardless of their relationship to the…

Allow School of Choice grade selection option
It would be helpful if there was a way to manage what grade levels to allow for School of Choice at specific schools. For instance, we do not want the Pre-school option for transfers, but allow that grade level in the district.
Original message:
I've determined that the grade selection for School of Choice, whether from the parent's Request entry form or the SOC Management form, pulls from the student options in the COD table. This needs to be changed to pull from the COD table where TC=SCR and FC=GR. Currently we cannot make any changes to the list without…1 vote -

New Report needed for TK to show Adult:Pupil Ratio
We would find it helpful to have a CSR report that would allow for the 2025-26 class size of 10:1. We are accomplishing this by including an instructional aide in the classroom. We would like to have a CSR report available that would allow us to include an additional employee so that the average would be accurate.
The current Class Size Reports are available to use for TK Students, but this report would only focus on the Adult-To-Student ratios for the class, not just class size.
