  1. Import Data - Allow STJ and STA tables

    Please allow us to update the STJ and STA tables through "import data to Aeries" instead of just SQL. STA is needed for CBEDS and STJ is needed for Fall 2.

  2. Assertive Discipline-Allow to upload a picture to an incident

    Add a way to upload a picture to a discipline incident. For example if there was a vandalism and we could take a picture of that vandalism and upload it to the discipline incident it is tied to.

  3. Make Online Enrollment Queue Editable

    It would be ideal if we could change items in the online enrollment queue such as academic year, grade, birthdate, etc. Parents make mistakes and there's no way to update the queue. We use this information in our enrollment projections and have to keep remembering when a record is displaying the wrong year or grade. It would also be good to be able to add a note next to the record (which is already another Aeries Idea).   4. Would like to be able to make schedules visible by grade level

    Our counselors would like to allow current students to see their schedules for next year, but not our pre-enrolled 8th graders who will be 9th graders next year. They don't want to make schedule changes for those students until just before school starts.

  8. Printing report "Print students absent today" in Flex schools

    Before Flex Scheduling, it would list which individual periods in which a student was marked absent, now it just lists a total. Need the format of the report like before but with flex scheduling?

  9. Parent Portal Change Request Email- Only 1 email be sent for address change

    Parent Portal - Change Request Notifications. We are getting multiple emails for the same change. It would be nice if only one email was sent out for any address change instead of multiple emails for any address field change.

  10. Early Release/Late Arrival (Supplemental Attendance)

    There is a requirement for after school programs (ASES). CDE requires that we note early release/late arrival. We would like to accomplish this via a code in supplemental attendance. At this time, there is no way to add codes or comments.

  11. iReady Performance Level ranking needs to be flipped

    The performance levels that are pulled from iReady use descriptions and not numbers and when they are imported to Aeries, the test scores page shows numbers and I am assuming they are assigned by Aeries?
    So it seems level 1 is the highest and level 5 is the lowest. Can this be flipped around please? SBAC and ELPAC use level 1 as the lowest and level 5 as the highest and it was really confusing at first. It would be so much helpful if this can be consistent with the State Test score levels.

  12. Have option not to show deceased student on attendance roster

    We have some upset teachers that a recently deceased student is still showing up on the roster as a "Dropped Student" after 5 days. I'm sure there can be a more thoughtful way of handling this in Aeries to have the option to hide or shorten the number of days deceased students show up on the roster.

    504 Page - on Accommodations area enhance to be able to select multiple stakeholders for each accommodation. Word wrap text so it stays under Accommodations area. Also add an edit option.

    Suspension letter - Enhance so If 2 ADS codes have the exact same description in SOC allow them to print together. Currently it only prints one code.

  19. Allow a Keep option for reports and on rosters

    Include a KEEP query button for reports so we have the option to KEEP students that were on the report. This would be helpful for any report for a teacher roster, gradebook, or where there are certain conditions of selecting the students on the report (ex. Repeated courses).

  20. Seating chart - Option to display the list of students alphabetically

    Teacher request - When I go to create a seating chart and then choose by photo, the students come up in alpha order by “ First “ name. Is there a way to change that to see students by photo in Last name alpha order so it matches our roster?
