Students with Free and Reduced Meals
This report could be more helpful if it included report filters or a KEEP query option to narrow down the results to certain years, especially current records, as opposed to listing all historical program records.

Data confirmation Log - Filter & Sort by date
Since this is a yearly process, it would be nice to have the order of the results by date in descending order. Currently, It is difficult to read the log when a student has multiple year entries since the results are ordered by table at this time.

Student Notes/Emails - Can a notes area be added where important information about the student be added and copies of emails sent saved there. It could then be accessed by those who have permissions?

Mobile App Login page only links to initial school, does not show all of the schools in the district
On the login page, the drop down will only show the school that a student/parent initially linked their mobile app to. In the event that a student matriculates or switches school, the application will not update to the correct school because "the district is already linked" This is confusing to parents and students. Would be great if the drop down could list all district school options when it's linked or just say the district to reduce confusion.

When entering a new Institution, if the CDS number already exists in Aeries, it should prompt a flag or stop notification. We've noticed that we have duplicate records.4 votes -
Attendance 1-Page Calendar-View
The Attendance / Quick Print for MS/HS is an awesome 1-page calendar view of a student’s attendance that makes it easy to analyze/identify attendance patterns for chronically absent students.
1)Can you please make this layout available for elementary students? Since this layout is only available for MS/HS Students, this report is a multi-page report that just prints the list of dates and absence codes. This report format makes it hard to identify attendance patterns and last date of attendance.

Long Description of Content Standards made visible to parent in gradebook
Please add content standards long description to the grade book so parents can under the content standard instead of just viewing the number. I attached a document to explain with an example of my request.

Student Data Audit needs to skip matriculating students with STU.HSG populated
The Student Data Audit report should skip the students with the STU.HSG populated in the highest matriculation grades in an elementary or high school.
We need to change this option on the Student Data Audit report from: Ignore STU.HSG/DG validation (GR=12 and date > 06-04-2021)

We would like the ability to mass add pdf iReady Score Reports to Test Scores
Several districts opted to use iReady instead of CAASPP for this year. iReady has a really nice score report we want to upload to Aeries. Or looking for a way to show the score reports similar to the State Test Scores Reports.

Add Green Highlight to Start Date in Job Assignments on Staff Page
Please add a green highlight to STJ.SD on Staff Page since this is a state reportable field. The addition of the green highlight will eliminate campus errors when coding for state reporting.

Query - Allow Saved Queries to be shared or copied to other Schools
It would be great if you could save a query to more than one school or if the system allowed you to copy a query to one or more schools to save time. This would allow the same queries to be created at the District level and shared to school sites.

Allow Portal Options to be copied from one school to another.
Add an option to be able to copy Portal options from one school to another. This includes settings for Data Confirmation.
219 votesWe are in the process of separating the different types of portal options into phases so they can be developed and released in smaller increments. That will help us deliver them in stages, rather than waiting for the entire project to be finsihed & released all together.
