Census Day - Student Counts - break our by gender
Can the Student Counts (Census) Report have the option to be broken out by gender? We have lots of districts asking for numbers to be broken out by gender and it doesn't.

Unrelate staff record if record is closed and not for current year
Currently, if a staff record contains any field entry for a school (whether closed or not) it will show up under that school as "related to that school."
I.E. Staff member has a primary school (STF.PSC) of 223 and has an STJ record that has an end date in 2019 for school 221 (STJ.SCL) and a current year open STJ at school 223 (STJ.SCL). In the Staff listing, on the staff page with "Only records related to this school" checked, this staff member will show up in the list for school 223 AND 221 even though the 221 record is…

Pre-Rollover Audit Report - Excel Version (not PDF version)
Because of the need to sort the data in the Report, I opted to select the Excel version of the Report (in place of the PDF version). However, there are lots of problems with the Excel version.
- The data in the Excel version is formatted like the PDF version
- Like the PDF version, the data in the Excel version is divided into Pages
- The data in the Excel version includes empty columns inbetween columns with data -- (I counted 11 empty columns in my Report)

Permission start and stop dates/date range
Would like to add non-year specific dates in permissions to allow and remove access to specific permissions.
Example: User needs to run a change command once a year between June and July but shouldn't run at any other time.
Would like to be able to set the permission to turn on the 2nd week of every June and close the 3rd week of every July.

Parent Portal Change Request Email- Only 1 email be sent for address change
Parent Portal - Change Request Notifications. We are getting multiple emails for the same change. It would be nice if only one email was sent out for any address change instead of multiple emails for any address field change.

Stop deleting unenrolled students from StudentEducationOrganization Ed-Fi endpoint
When a student unenrolls from a district, Aeries deletes the StudentEducationOrganization from the Ed-Fi ODS. This means that the school district loses all the demographic data associated with unenrolled students. This record can be modified but should never be deleted.

Send Staff Race in StaffEducationOrganizationAssociation Ed-Fi endpoint
The Ed-Fi 3x mappings document shows that Aeries sends HispanicLatino Ethnicity for staff as a required field, but does not send race. School districts typically want both ethnicity and race for students and staff; currently, race data is only sent for students.

Flex Scheduling - Create Section Number Based on Flex Period
In non-flex scheduling, when creating SMS/MST sections the first number of a section automatically corresponded to the period during which the section was held, based on a School Option. Now when creating sections in Flex Scheduling the section number automatically starts with the number 1 and we need to manually adjust the section number so that it corresponds to the correct period. May we please request that feature be included in Flex Scheduling?

When searching for a student, if you are currently on a non-student data page (i.e. query or teachers) the system should automatically navigate you to the student's demographics page.

Adding Site Admin to Independent study agreement.
Can we add site admin as an option as a signatory on the independent study agreement as it only lists the student's teachers?
