Add Legal Name option for Printing Student Withdrawal Form
Currently there is no option to print legal name on the student withdrawal form. This is forwarded to the new district and they are unable to find the student with the preferred name only.

Seating charts should not have to be in a grid
Allow seats to be created that don't follow a grid. Let me make students in groups with aisles between them. We should be able to flexibly arrange our seating chart to match the desks in our classroom.

Sealing Student Records
Create a way to seal records when a court order is received so that information will not have to be printed and deleted from Aeries

Ability to hide a "preferred name" and gender from parent accounts as well as hide email accounts due to name/gender change.
Students are supposed to be able to have a preferred name/gender at school without being required to disclose to their parents. However, parents are able to see the preferred name/gender in the homelink account as well as the email accounts. They can also see gender on the data confirmation page. I have students who want to do a name/gender change, but do not have supportive parents at home and are choosing not to because their parents will be able to see the change.

Add ability to copy permissions and groups. Whenever making a new group, it would be nice to start with a permission template.

Add ability to select legal name for ParentSquare notifications
We would like to have a check box added to select the student's legal name be used for notifications sent in ParentSquare.

Academic Plan Failed Courses
Currently failed courses disappear on the academic plan. Please keep the course that was failed, highlight in a different color so we can at least view the course that was failed. Otherwise, it just disappears. This would be so helpful to know what course and when it wasn't passed.

Discipline Dashboard - Users need Delete permission for student demographic data in the Download Details file
When a user without the Delete permission on ADS runs the Download Details file from Discipline Dashboard, they don't get student ID or name. They at least need the ID so they can identify the student on each of the incident record.
Please let the users be able to see this data on the Download Detail file.

Medications Next and Last Dose Date
On Medications page add Date information for Next Dose and Last Dose under the Medication Name so you do not have to click on the Dose History dropdown to view the Dates

Teacher Email Alerts for Administrative Decisions
Need the ability for Teachers to be alerted when students enrolled in their class have received an Administrative Decision such as placement in In School Suspension or DAEP.

Allow teachers the ability to add a student's wellbeing status
The students' Wellbeing Status can be viewed on the Teacher Attendance page, but they cannot enter information. It would be great if teachers could enter this information as part of the attendance process so parents and staff could visually monitor their student's progress throughout the day.2 votes -
Ability for Current Secondary Teachers to see Past Teachers of their students in Grades or Transcripts
Our High School Teachers would like to be able to look in Grades, or Transcripts, of their Students and see the Teacher of record for that past course.

SPED Students Class Percentage Report
This is coming from the need to report master schedule sections that have 100% students with an Instructional Strategy of 700 for CALPADS(Fall 2) reporting. The report could run similarly to the existing report titled "English Learner Class Percentage Report" only reporting percentage of SPED students in each section instead of EL students.

Transcripts - Display student's legal and preferred name
With student identity at the forefront, student's are changing their names in Aeries, we move legal name to the LSI fields for legal name and gender, but on transcripts students have to choose either to have their preferred name listed (unofficial transcript) or legal name shown (official transcript). I am requesting the option to add preferred name to show up along with legal name - basically allow both names to be listed on the transcript instead of choosing one or the other.

Google Classroom Test
Please allow the importing of scores for assignments even if they have not been returned in google classroom. Currently if we assign a test in google classroom we have to return the test/quiz for the scores to be imported. Returning the test gives students the ability to view the entire test/quiz even if all options to share that information is selected off.

Allow Teachers the KEEP Query function
To make analytics more meaningful to teachers, they would like to be able to target specific students. Teachers however are unable to keep students they have identified in Aeries Analytics. The keep statement would allow them to create items in Aeries Analytics and keep track of their educational trends in real time.
Our teachers (a lot of them being RSP teachers) are trying to use the Multi Student Search with the KEEP capability. They would like to be able to forward through the list of KEEP students and see various data from the Profile screen or Gradebook screens so they…
