In Flex, create a way to identify Sections with no Primary Teacher assigned
A general report for Flex Scheduling SMS and MST that will identify Sections without a Primary Teacher assigned.
And, if an SSE/SSM record is not present, the Teacher will appear as Teacher 0 (unassigned) so that the section will appear in Aeries Query & Reports.8 votes -

Dental Fields Update
Our nurses have requested that the fields on the Dental table be updated to match the form they have to submit to the CA State DPH. Right now, Aeries has fields for "Visible Fillings" and "Visible Cavities", but the form the nurses have to complete asks for "Untreated Decay (visible decay present)" and "Caries Experience (visible decay and/or fillings present)".

Print Student Indicator Details
Ability to Print Student Indicator Details page. This would be very helpful to our MTSS team and helpful when creating reviewing and updating SSTs.

Aeries Analytics Export to Excel Missing "Student" Column Header
Fix Aeries Analytics Export to Excel to include the missing "Student" column header. Exporting the list of students into an Excel spreadsheet is missing the Student name column header.
How to replicate this issue:
Logo onto Aeries using the district module
Filter for "Analytics"
Select Attendance % (Chronic) > Select only the Chronic (red)
Item Filters > Schools = a high school, Grades = 9-12, SubGroups = All Students
Students > Note total and click on the Excel export

Import Test Results - Make the expected file layouts available on the support site
It would be nice to be able to view the expected file layout for each of the assessments on the "Import Test Results" page. That way, we can compare what Aeries is expecting to what the vendor is providing.

Allow NON-ADMIN users the ability to query LOG
We have school office staff who we'd like to be able to query the LOG table, but only ADMIN users can access it. Please move LOG to a separate security access level.

Physical Fitness Test Analysis Report
Physical Fitness Test Analysis Report - The report currently uses the STU table, which is inner joined with the PFT table on the Student ID to produce data. The data results printed on the report is based on STU.CU instead of PFT.CU. For more accurate results it should look at PFT.CU

Add Page numbers to the 3 column transcripts.
3 - column transcript does not have page numbers, or basic information such as student ID on every page. Adding this information will help ensure that pages don't give mixed up when printing a lot of them at once. It will also ensure the recipient of a transcript has received all pages, by displaying page numbers

Let Aeries sync Staff table to Clever
Clever doesn't have the ability to pull from the Staff table in Aeries, only the Teacher table (it does pull from the staff table of other SIS's). We want all staff to go into Clever to utilize their IDM to auto create email accounts for all staff. Clever's solution is to add Staff to the Teacher table.

Secondary Standards Based Gradebooks - Adjust to Display only Secondary SBG Marks
Adjust the Secondary Standards Based Gradebooks to be based on standards rather than assignments.
Some feature enhancements would include:
- only allow teachers to enter the standard marks for the assignment grades
- only display standard grades to parents, not overall assignment ore overall gradebook grades
- only display standard mark assignment scores to admin/teachers/parents/students (i.e., no numeric scores)"7 votes -

Red Flag Eligibility Screen
When we put a student on Academic Probation it makes them ineligible for any extracurricular activities, including sports. It would be really beneficial to know a student is on academic probation and ineligible with a reg flag instead of having to know which students are on probation by running a query.

Early Childhood Development Form - Populate fields that are collected from the Early Childhood Development page
When certain fields are updated on the ECD page, have those fields prepopulate to the EESD-9600 Form when available.
