  1. Pre-Referral Interventions - Save button for all tabs instead of each tab

    Tiered Gen Ed Interventions tab is not user friendly. Each tab within Tiered Gen Ed intervention needs to be "saved" each time you change between the tabs if you want to save your progress. Is there a way to have a save button to save all the progress that a teacher has worked on without having to save per each tab?

  4. CALPADS SPRG ODS orphaned records -All other eligibility orphaned Program records not being deleted that no longer exist

    Compare CALPADS SPRG ODS records against Aeries and delete all other program records that exist in the ODS file but no longer exist in Aeries. These are records that become orphaned after being added to Aeries, uploaded to CALPADS, then deleted from Aeries and no longer exist. Previously, participation records, FRE and Homeless records were handled separately. This idea will capture all other Eligibility Programs not already being deleted when they no longer exist.

  5. Immunization Dates

    When a user attempts to change dates on the immunization form that are out of order, the dates are rearranged chronologically upon saving for IMM records where changes were not made. The data should be saved exactly as entered by the customer.

  6. New UI: Notification that Students are being skipped needs to be enhanced & stay visible

    In the new Aeries Interface after running a Keep/Skip in query, the notice to remind people that Student Records are being skipped does not stand out like it should. It should be in a BRIGHT impossible to miss color. Also, the notice needs to be located in the header so it is visible on any page that the user navigates to.

  9. Change User Teacher Org endpoint to STF table from TCH for Flex

    Update the OneRoster rules for "User-Teacher- Orgs" Aeries Field to the STF table. It currently looks at the TCH.SC to determine school. Being forced to move to FLEX, all staff information is contained in the STF table, however 3rd party vendors like Mastery Connect (owned by Instructure) - are still associated to the TCH.SC field. This is not yet updated for FLEX

  10. Letter in Aeries for Intra/Inters

    I would like to create a letter in Aeries for our Inter/Intra parents. I would like it to be custom to populate the following, pulling these numbers from Aereis according to the student under an intra/inter district transfer.

    number of absences
    number of tardies
    % of attendance
    number of discipline incidents

    It would be similar to the absence / attendance letters that we mail weekly.

    Would we be able to set this up?

    Here is what I am working with at the moment, but I feel there is more of an efficient way to input this information if we already…

    Parent Data Confirmation for the Residence Survey for CDE 2021 Guidelines translate for Spanish for Unaccompanied Youth section and Your Child or Children's rights. When you log in using the Lanuguae Spanish it still displays in English. The questions are shown in Spanish but the rest are still in English

  13. CCGI Extract - Course Level mapping options

    Currently, the CCGI Extract page only lets you map HIS and SEC by terms. We have unique courses that need to be mapped individually, so it would be nice for the extract to somehow allow for more flexible mapping of the WIP and Terms being sent to CCGI.

    Example - We are a Trimester-based Scheduling school, but the courses are technically "Semester" length courses (earning 5 credits). This means many of the T2 sections of courses can either be considered S1 or S2; however, the extract only allows to map it to one or the other.

  14. Absent Work

    Every time a student is absent it should mark it as Absent instead of missing in purple and does not affect the grade yet. The teacher can choose how many days till it becomes missing after the student comes back to school. The system already knows who is not at school so this should be easy. After the assignment is due it should then turn into missing assignment and affect the grade.

  16. CRDC - Discipline Setup - Ability to add AND as a condition

    We don't have a huge Suspendable Offense Code table and use A1-Phys/Inj/Fight (caused, attempted to cause, or threatened to cause physical injury to another person) for both actual fights & physical injury as well as threats. When I do the CRDC Discipline set up, there's no ability to put an AND condition to be able to include a user field to help separate the threats from the fights. So Physical Attack & Threats are getting over reported for CRDC because every A1 is getting counted for both. Currently it shows 114 physical injury & 92 Threats. Being able to add…

  19. Mirroring suspension codes as entered when printing letters

    When printing suspension or any discipline letter, Aeries organizes the codes in an Alpha then Numeric order. This disregards the severity of the offenses listed. We should be able to print the letters, mirroring the order that the offenses are entered into Aeries. Keeping what the school feels is the more severe actions on top.

    Please allow this to be an option when printing discipline letters.

  20. Enhance process when dropping ATT records - Flex

    When ATT records are deleted from ATT due to a student schedule change, add ATT records to the new section as in the Traditional setting.
    Workaround: Select "No" when dropping ATT so Attendance Audit Listing can be used to evaluate records.
