Counseling: Allow same-day entries to be sorted based on time of entry.
On the Counseling page (and possibly other pages), the Display Options allow you to sort entries made on different days to be either descending or ascending. But if you make several entries on the same day, you can't sort them, and they are always ascending. Meaning that if you sort the rest of the older entries the other way, now you have a mismatched sort combo. Can this somehow be corrected?

Delete/Drop Multiple ATA records
Allow for multiple students to be selected and dropped from ATA instead of individually having to use the edit button to manually delete a student from ATA. Especially for the ELOP program, students may not need to be moved to new session, they just need to be dropped completely, and the current options don't allow for deletion.
Once they are selected for delete/drop, a warning pop up could appear, also noting that students with ATD can't be dropped.

Allow Registrar Signature on Transcripts
Add an option to select which signature should appear on the official Transcript would be a beneficial bonus. Currently only the principal's signature is available but the registrar is typically who signs all transcripts. This was brought up at AERIES CON and quite a few people were in agreement

Early Childhood Development EESD-9600 Race Translation
Currently, the EESD is exporting the student race code based on the Aeries value. If this can be adjusted to translate to the accepted EESD-9600 form values. I believe if the student does not fall within these races, then no value should be populated.
For example, we use race code 700 for white, but the EESD value for white is 5.

Create an option to sort and filter interventions by "intervention type", "created by", or by date.

College Entrance Requirements-Science
On the College Entrance Requirement Screen, can we have a Physical Science and a life science delineation? The A-G Requirements are 1 year of a Life Science and 1 Year of a Physical Science and lumping them together has the potential of it looking like a student met their A-G but their 2 years of science may actually be 2 years of physical science or 2 years of life science. See screen shot for an example.

Student ID Card Report - Add Option to not display Student ID number
We would like the option to not print the student ID number in the Student ID Card report. Since the student ID is linked to a significant amount of student data.
We have already removed the student ID number from the physical Student ID Card while keeping the barcode. In the event, when a school uses the student's id number as their Aeries password, this would pose a security risk if other students were able to get the info. Thanks!

Link Student ID in Query Results to the Student Record
Add a clickable link to the Student ID column in Query results that opens that student’s record in Aeries. Currently, once a query returns a list of students, users have to search for each student by hand to look into an issue they found in the results. A direct link would open the exact student in one click, without using KEEP or a separate search. This would save significant time when users clean up data, review exceptions, or follow up on several students from the same query..
My previous SIS did this and it was a game changer for speed.…

Analytics Field Value Indicator — Automatically Populate Threshold Options for School-Based Fields Such as STU.CU
What is happening now:
The Field Value Analytics Indicator type requires threshold values to be manually added to the Update Code Table (Table/Field at School = 0) before they appear in the threshold dropdown. For fields like STU.CU (Counselor Number), which reference school-based teacher numbers (TCH.TN), this means districts must manually enter each teacher number as a district-level code entry before the indicator can be configured. There is no automatic resolution from the Teacher (TCH) table.Why this matters:

Make staff table filters and add the ability to add columns (Status, Leave Date, User Fields)
The Staff table search only displays ID, SEID, Last Name, First Name, and Primary School. If we wanted to know if the status was active or inactive, we would need to click on the record.

Would like query to output name description for STU.ITD residence district instead of code
Would like query to output name description for STU.ITD residence district instead of code. ie 49709610000000 to Twin Hills Union School District. The STU.IT field already does this when adding ? to the end of the field STU.IT? STU.ITD should operate the same way.

Global Message Banner on Every Page with Admin Sticky Option
Right now the "Global Message" is limited to a single area on the landing page, and most of it is hidden under a fold that users need to actively engage with to see, this is an antipattern that makes it difficult to communicate ongoing urgent information with users (for example, when Aeries posts an active incident to statuspage.io, our global messages are updated to include that information so all users are aware). Aeries needs a Global Message that is displayed at the top of every page, with the option for admin to mark as "sticky" so that users cannot clear/dismiss…

Add Static Instructional Notes with Hyperlinks to Custom Table Pages
Custom Table Fields currently only support Text, DropDown, Date, Time, Memo, Number, Boolean, Phone, and blank line separators. There's no way to add static, read-only instructional text to a Custom Table page to guide staff filling out the form.
Requested functionality: a new field type that displays static text with support for a basic hyperlink, not tied to an editable column — so districts can point staff to an external reference or guidance document relevant to that section of the form.

Implement Warning System for 504 Plans with Same-Day Start and End Dates
Description of Issue:
Currently, Aeries allows users to create and save a 504 record with the same start and end date. While this may not trigger any errors in Aeries, it creates downstream problems in CALPADS, as those records will not post successfully. This leaves users unaware of an issue until after the CALPADS submission fails, causing delays, confusion, and extra troubleshooting.Proposed Solution:
Implement a warning/error system within Aeries that prevents saving a 504 plan if the start and end date are the same. Ideally:A hard stop error would prevent saving the record until corrected.

Parent Data Confirmation - Parent ability to copy shared info between students
When parent is completing DATA CONFIRMATION they should have the option to copy all contacts, family info, and income to all their other students at the same time. Not have to do one at a time. So when they move on to the other child, they would only only need to finish stu info, insurance authorization. Saving lots of time for parents with multiple students

Assertive Discipline Referrer
On the Assertive Discipline form, have the Referrer field auto-populate with the current user's Staff ID like the Discipline form does. Our staff expect this behavior to be consistent between the two pages.

Keep Most Recent GPA and Class Rank
During the New Year Rollover, bring forward the most recently calculated GPA and Class Rank for students with records at multiple schools, regardless of the school in which they will be enrolled in the new year.

Add Insurance-Medi-Cal
During data confirmation and adding the insurance there is no drop down option for just medi-cal insurance. Can we please add that option for families who don't have it through Kaiser or Partnership.

Update Income Survey with 26-27 Income Rates
I realize this is partly dependent upon the release of federal income guidelines (https://www.fns.usda.gov/schoolmeals/income-eligibility-guidelines), but as soon as those income guidelines are created, having someone from the Aeries team create the alternative would be amazing. Minimizing any time between when guidelines are released and the alternative income survey is completed by Aeries will be super helpful for 26-27 enrollment (as we start enrollment for 26-27 once the alternative income survey is available).
