Allow 2 character absence codes
With all of the new absence codes we had to add for Distance Learning and now the ones we have to add for COVID related absences for P-EBT, we have run out of letters and have used almost half of the numbers and really need 2 character absence codes to be allowed in the system.

The scope of work required to allow 2-digit attendance codes, and manage the effects throughout the attendance feature will only be able to be accomplished as part of a future modernization effort for the Attendance feature.

Clarify which Reporting Period to select when initializing a new grade reporting cycle
Is there a way to have a separate check box for each grade reporting period based on each school's Term table, instead of combos? That way we can select multiple reporting periods to initialize. For example, if your term table has Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4, F, S, and 1st progress marking period you want to include Q1 and F, you could select both options. If the school is on Trimesters then they would only see the Tri options. It is very confusing to users which option to choose when they see quarters/Trimester combos and First/Fall combos. Add a Course ID column in the Grades by Teacher screen
Add a course ID column to the Grades by Teacher page so that teachers know what course or semester they're entering grades for at a continuation school where students take numerous courses at a time.

Different Tardy Notices in Communications
Can we have more than one Tardy notification in Communications? We need to send a letter when students have 5, 10,20,30,40,50 total tardies. As of right now, the only way to accomplish this is through District Attendance Letters and this is a manual process. It would be nice this could be added to Auto Notices in Communications.

Electronic Score Report Processing - Update Verbiage on Completion Email When No Scores Available
When no test scores are available for any students based on the settings marked on the Configure Electronic Score Reporting Manager page, the process emails that it failed even though it really was that there were no test scores available.
Please change the email the verbiage to "No scores were available" instead of "failed to complete".

Assign buildings to security groups
Would like the ability to assign buildings to groups instead of only assigning buildings to users. Certain groups will need access to other buildings during certain times in the school year. Doing so would give us the ability to set a date to expire the group permissions and also expire the building access in the process too.

Discipline Dashboard - Users need Delete permission for student demographic data in the Download Details file
When a user without the Delete permission on ADS runs the Download Details file from Discipline Dashboard, they don't get student ID or name. They at least need the ID so they can identify the student on each of the incident record.
Please let the users be able to see this data on the Download Detail file.

Attendance entered beforehand for trips, activities or surgeries
With Flex scheduling when entering attendance for an activities, trips or doctor appointments. Our school has many clubs that give our attendance clerk that she enters ahead of time. Especially when there is 30-50 students going. Or if a family is traveling during school time. In Flex if there is class changes the attendance put in doesn't follow the period but it stays with the original class. Then there are errors and you have to go back to every student and delete the code in the original class and re enter in the new class. Not only is this time…

PARENTS/STUDENTS VIEWING FINES AND FEES
Parents and teachers cannot view totals of fees and fine. We use this for discipline and they need to be able to see there balance. The only way it will currently work is if we give permission to insert and that definitely won't be done.

In Referrals to Interventions, change "SOCIAL" Category to be titled "WELLNESS" or "Mental Health & Wellness". Also in the Referrals Approval Requested email that goes to Admin, in addition to identifying the referrer, the student ID, student Name and date, please ALSO add the Grade Level and the Referral Category (Academic, Behavior, Wellness, etc.) so we can see a little bit more info in the email to alert us as a team receiving the Referral Approval Request.

Add code table number to drop down menu-Early Childhood Development program type
The current menu for Early Childhood Development (Texas) has the code table description but not the actual code. Data entry would be easier if the number were in the menu.

Online Enrollment: Please add a help button for parents who require assistance
Online registration system that has a "Help" button that: (a) sends an alert to a designated district employee who can reach out with paper or electronic copies of required forms, and (b) overrides the requirement for document upload so that parents can finish the registration process.

Student Search Enhancements - Legal Information
Add ability to search for a student by their legal name if that user has permission to view LSI data.

Data Confirmation - two household indicators and confirmation requirements
When a student lives in two households it needs to be indicated and the separate households should not be able to edit the other's contact information. The two households should both have to do data confirmation. Currently if one household completes data confirmation the other does not have the option to review any of the required documents.

Batch marking assignments complete after an overnight auto Google Classroom Sync
When grades are imported from Google Classroom, they are not marked complete. You must individually mark each assignment complete by using the drop-down, then Aeries spins to make new calculations before you can move on to the next assignment. Can you please make a way that we can batch mark assignments complete? Perhaps an assignments page where you can mark them from there and then save that page?
This is different from when manually entering grades and it defaults to making the assignment as complete when entering in grades.

Add a "print all months" option to the Student Birthday Listing Report OR add a "sort by birthdate" option to the Student Directory Report.

Verification email on Online Enrollment account registrations at beginning of process
When a parent creates an account in Online Enrollment (AIR), verifying the email would be super helpful, as it currently lets a parent create an email with any email, even if it doesn't exist. I understand this is not usually the intention, but a typo could occur when entering the email.
