Add New CDE Attendance Recovery to Aeries to be reported to CALPADS and included in reports for P2/Annua Attendance Reporting
I am currently on a CDE webinar and they are discussing a new way to have attendance recovery which must be tracked separately from Reg School Day ADA and Saturday School. It was also stated that this would be reported to CALPADS to contribute to an Alternate Absenteeism Rate and be included in P2/Annual Attendance reporting. How will Aeries build this to keep it separate from Saturday School and allow for accounting for multiple days to make up the daily minute allowance? District Assets and Query
District Assets - Create a relationship with DRA and STF so when using a query with these two tables at school level data is returned. Currently it only returns data at District level

Students with Duplicate Enrollments needs to look for Inactive students in current year
This report needs to look for duplicate enrollments within the current academic year to ensure that a student has not garnered ADA for overlapping days. It should also print the Special Program field (perhaps only in CA) so they can tell which enrollments are secondary and which are primary enrollments.

Substitute Teachers - Access to Primary Teachers' Attendance Records to Avoid Recreating Rosters
Can you give access to the primary teachers Attendance by photo and attendance by photo old for substitutes? Currently a substitute teacher needs to create their own Attendance By Photo - old roster. Makes it hard for a sub to recreate 6 periods for students they do not even know.

Compare CALPADS SPRG ODS records against Aeries and delete program code 191 Homeless records that exist in the ODS file but no longer exist in Aeries.

Immunization Dates
When a user attempts to change dates on the immunization form that are out of order, the dates are rearranged chronologically upon saving for IMM records where changes were not made. The data should be saved exactly as entered by the customer.

College Articulation - Credit Hours Criteria Needed for Transcript TTP
When we add College Articulations(CCC) on transcripts as Things to Print (TTP), Aeries uses the following CCC fields as a criteria to enable printing:
CCC.RPT - Required Mark Points (1,2,3,4)
CCC.FGO - Required on Final Grade Only (y/n)
CCC.RCC - Required Credit Comp (e.g. 5.00)We would like an additional requirement criteria for Credit Hours used to enable printing. This would look for a minimum value in the HIS.CH (Credit Hours) field.

Gain and Loss Report
When the school type is Flex-Daily & Primary Class Tracking is enabled. Not all student names appear on the report, but the gain/loss totals are accurate.

Optimize Page Load Performance on Counseling Page for Students with Many Records
The Counseling page (Counseling.aspx) experiences performance issues when a student has a large number of counseling records or when the records contain long comments. The page loads slowly when initially accessed, and there are delays when trying to add, save, or delete records.

The CA School Dashboard just started reporting the ELPI again based on a new calculation.

Academic Plan - Only display tagged courses in Course list
Honor the tagged courses in Academic Plan Course Options whether a student searches by specific Subject or All Courses. Currently, the tagged courses only show when they select a specific subject area.

Medical - Food Allergies
Create a section next to medical problems where staff can enter the students food allergies. This will help the kitchen staff quickly identify students with food allergies.
