Online Enrollment (classic) Import — honor delete permissions and keep existing records by default
When importing an Online Enrollment record onto an existing student, unchecking an existing Contact, Medical History, Authorization, or Other District Enrollment record deletes it, and existing records are not pre-selected for import. The import should honor each data area's delete permission (records should not be deleted if the user lacks delete rights for that area) and should default a matched student's existing records to selected, so records are not removed without permission or by accident.

Support Non-Semester Grading Structures in CSF Eligibility Report
To align with Section 12 of the updated CSF Bylaws, the code should be updated to dynamically adjust the CSF points based on the grading structure (semester, quarter, trimester, or block) and apply the appropriate honors multipliers accordingly.

Remove MFA When Switching Between Years
Now that we have enabled MFA for our district, it would be nice if we did not have to reauthenticate every time we switch between years. We have already MFA'd in to login to Aeries, but then it asks us to MFA again every time we go to a different school year. If this could be a separate MFA setting that could be separated out from the login MFA, that would be helpful too.

Query: Support District-Level LIST Queries with Multiple Extended/Calculated Fields
What is happening now
When a district-level LIST query includes multiple extended/calculated fields (such as ATTPERC, DISADVANTAGED, SPECIALED, 504PLAN, TITLE1CMIGRANT, HOMELESSPRG, and FOSTER_PRG), the results window opens but never populates. The same query runs successfully at the school level and when limited to a single school.Why this matters

CALPADS 2026–27: Update Full Replacement SENR Extract for New State Requirements
To support CALPADS 2026–27 reporting requirements, Aeries will update and validate the Full Replacement SENR (Student Enrollment) extract to ensure compliance with the latest CALPADS file specifications. The Full Replacement SENR option will continue to generate student enrollment records for state submission and will be reviewed to ensure all required fields, formatting, and data values meet current CALPADS requirements.

Filter Attendance Recovery Bank by School Grade Range for Pre-Enrolled Students
The Attendance Recovery Bank currently displays pre-enrolled students whose current grade level falls outside the school’s configured grade range. For example, 6th grade students are appearing in a middle school Attendance Recovery Bank that should only include grades 7–8, and 8th grade students are appearing in a high school bank configured for grades 9–12.
Enhance the Attendance Recovery Bank logic to exclude pre-enrolled students when their current grade level is outside the school’s LOC grade range. Enhance Missing Assignment Report to include blank or zero
The Missing Assignment Report should have the option to include both blanks and zeros. Or there can be a new report where the teacher can have it include scores below a certain percentage or score.

CALPADS SENR - Allow Short Term enrollment records to extract with completion status codes
The SENR extract fails to include the Completion Status Code even though it is populated in Aeries. This causes an error in CALPADS: SENR0029 – Missing Completion Status. Adjust the CALPADS SENR logic to include completion status codes from STU.HSG, Graduation Exemption Indicator STU.GEX and Date Graduated STU.DG when the student's enrollment status is 30-Short Term and the fields are populated.

Work Permits: Add AB 800 Compliance Acknowledgment and Know Your Rights QR Code to Work Permit Workflow
California AB 800 (EC § 49110.5, effective August 1, 2024) requires that every minor submitting a B1-1 work permit receive a copy of the UC Berkeley Labor Center "Know Your Rights" flyer. Aeries currently has no prompt or audit trail for this requirement. What is being requested: A compliance acknowledgment checkbox that must be checked before the B1-4 can be printed, a QR code on the printed B1-4 linking to the "Know Your Rights" flyer, and user audit fields recording who acknowledged the requirement and when. Check for Existing Records through Import Data to Aeries - Supplemental Attendance
On the Import Data to Aeries page, it would be great if it checked for preexisting identical rows of data within the table and prevented duplicate uploads for information into the Supplemental Attendance Data (ATD). This would allow a continuously running attendance roster without having to separate out student data that has already been uploaded, allowing us to keep a Master sheet instead of having to start over or manipulate data for each new upload cycle. Next Year Calendar/Terms
Add a "Push to Other Schools" feature to the Next Year Terms page like the Next Year Calendar page has. And add the NDY and NTM tables to the "Push and Pull Setup Tables" page.

Delete/Drop Multiple ATA records
Allow for multiple students to be selected and dropped from ATA instead of individually having to use the edit button to manually delete a student from ATA. Especially for the ELOP program, students may not need to be moved to new session, they just need to be dropped completely, and the current options don't allow for deletion.
Once they are selected for delete/drop, a warning pop up could appear, also noting that students with ATD can't be dropped.

Allow Registrar Signature on Transcripts
Add an option to select which signature should appear on the official Transcript would be a beneficial bonus. Currently only the principal's signature is available but the registrar is typically who signs all transcripts. This was brought up at AERIES CON and quite a few people were in agreement

College Entrance Requirements-Science
On the College Entrance Requirement Screen, can we have a Physical Science and a life science delineation? The A-G Requirements are 1 year of a Life Science and 1 Year of a Physical Science and lumping them together has the potential of it looking like a student met their A-G but their 2 years of science may actually be 2 years of physical science or 2 years of life science. See screen shot for an example.
