High Quality CTE Course Indicator for virtual college courses
In the CALPADS EOY CRSC extract files, college courses (Course Level = 23 or 24) that are assigned a CTE state course code (7000-8999) require a high Quality CTE Course Indicator. The 9.36 field should populate with a Y to indicate the course and teacher meet the High Quality CTE Course qualifications when the college CTE course is virtualized and no section or section school is assigned.

Hello, this work item has been completed and was released on 6/25/26. Here are the relevant revision notes:
- CALPADS > EOY CRSC Extract: Virtual college level CTE courses (Course Level 23 or 24 with a CTE state course code between 7000 and 8999) did not populate the High Quality CTE Course Indicator (field 9.36), causing CALPADS to reject the records with error CRSC0465. Aeries now populates field 9.36 with 'Y' for these courses, eliminating the CRSC0465 rejection error.
