Security Settings - Alphabetize Tables
In security settings, it would be really nice to have the tables alphabetized or otherwise logically organized so we can more easily find the items we want to update within each section. And if the sections could also be either alphabetized or listed in the same order as the Aeries menu, that would also be very helpful.

Choose not to send Intervention Email
Would like to have a feature added to Intervention. I would like the ability to disable the email notification to the user when an Intervention record is created by the user

Gradebook - Scores by Class - Attendance Flags
Attendance flags also display on the Scores by Class page. Blue triangles will display in the upper right corner of the score field if the student had an attendance code on either the Assigned Date or Due Date of the assignment. Moving the mouse over the blue square will display the absence information for the student.
Is there any possible way to change the blue flags to only pull "A - Unverified Absence"? Getting this request from a teacher because her entire gradebook is showing blue flags.

Analytics Query Extended Field - Add Period Absences
Add period absences in the Analytics LCAP dashboard so they can show in the Student Extended fields query.
Right now, it has all day absences, but not period.

Academic Plan - Option to show summer term first
Students take summer school at the beginning of the academic year in some districts. Can we show the summer term column first before each grade, rather than after?

UC/CSU Graduation Status Summary By Subject Area
Under the Graduation/College Readiness Dashboard can you add UC/CSU tabs that will show Graduation Status Summary by Subject Area of students on/off track by letter grade not credits completed. Since UC/CSU requirements are based on a letter grade the student receives for each course and subject.

Class Calendars - Copy Calendar Permissions
Attendance Clerks need to be able to copy Class Calendars. Only admin Aeries users can do that currently. Possible add box for 'Administer' (special permissions) on CCL?

Display the Student Local ID more prominently when the student information bar is collapsed
Can the student's local ID be added to the Tool Tip or the gray bar behind the student's name so it is always easily visible? Rhonda Dominguez - 123456 or Rhonda Dominguez (123456).
Right now the Tool Tip repeats the student's name. The local id could replace the student's name in the tool tip...after all, we had to hover over the student's name to see the tip.

The "Issue Credits" button on the Classes page in an Alternative Ed school does not refresh when a course is changed.

Allow a co-teachers name to appear in View MST
Allow a co-teacher's name to display in "View MST" in the class schedule screen or on the Master Schedule Listing when sections are tagged with a teacher in TN2.
Also, is it possible to include in "View MST" in the class schedule screen the Ind. Study sections tag, again so the counselors can readily identify which sections are Ind. Study?9 votes -
Show the Permissions to Access a Report on the Report Screen
It would be great to know right away what permissions to assign a user to be able to print a report instead of having to go search the knowledgebase every time someone needs access to a new report. If you could possibly add a box to the bottom of each report page that shows the security permissions needed, it would be super helpful.

Teacher Attendance - Add an "All Other Students Are Absent" Button
With positive attendance we have to mark present students and then it would be nice for the balance to be marked absent. Especially now marking many students absent but then present later for asynchronous work. It would eliminate a lot of clicking each period.

Weekly Attendance Report - Honor Student Groups
Would it be possible to allow filtering with student groups to differentiate cohorts when attendance is being taken on the weekly attendance report. It is hard to differentiate between the student attendance dates and what codes should be used. This is also going to cause some confusion for the auditors.

Need an API developed to get APEX grades to connect with Aeries grade books.

Attendance Letter Count - ability to choose the Letter ID
I would like the ability to select which Letter ID affects the Letter Count instead of it being the "Absent" / "Tardy" letter by default.
